Mustang Inn

Rooms are very old and poorly maintained. Patches every where that was not painted over. All the furniture was broke and dirty with years worth of build up with nothing matching or just whatever they found. Bed rock hard. Stains molded in all the bathroom wall and ledges. Air conditioner does not work and has not been cleaned. Not a a single thing about this room was up to standard or bare minimum. Even the tv. One channel all night. And to top it off the biggest alive cockroach laying on its back waiving at me. Just horrible.

The location is close to fast‑food restaurants, but it is extremely dirty. You can’t walk around without shoes. The pillowcases smell like they were already used — dirty, “black mold everywhere”, old food in the freezer. The place needs a lot of improvement. In the city where I come from, a place like this would be shut down. This situation says a lot about the mayor and the council members. Even the grass and the surrounding area are poorly maintained.

Couldn't get a room because the police were blocking the entrance!!!! Location,commotion with police.

Nothing The room, the services nothing was good about it

They told me that they didn’t care if i had a confirmation with them they refused to call their management to confirm it (due to the wifi being out but management had access to it ) they told me to either pay them cash or get off their property. This was after traveling from Philadelphia to MS for my daughter’s graduation. She was short and rude every step of the way. The place was rundown and had people smoking and drinking in the parking lot. It was horrible

The customer service was terrible. The toilet didn’t work.

Nothing Everything! This property is disgusting! The room was not sanitized at all! There is no door to the restroom, no shower curtain and no remote controller to the tv! It smells horrible! We were missing sheets and towels, with only one small pillow for a queen size bed! This was the worst hotel experience that I’ve ever had!
