I arrived to a filthy shower a toilet with pee and poop on the seat. A filthy microwave and refrigerator. A broken A.C and window. Grime all on the floors and no towels… I requested cleaning supplies tha i never got. I had to go out and get my own as well as towels and a fan. The other guest were loud throughout the night arguing and fighting. People smoking with their doors open. The TV only had three channels and the picture kept jumping. Me and my daughter who i was visiting was constantly harassed by the male guest who hung out in the parking lot and hallway. This experience was the horrible

The room was so nasty it made me sick at my stomach.i ended up leaving and not getting a refund I travel a lot for work and this place was the nastiest place I have ever seen in my 30 years of travel

Nothing . The hallways have cigarettes but and smelled of poop. The room air is broke the tv is broke it’s so dirty . This place should not be open for business

There were bugs on a wall. The manager was aggressive but was nice when I left early I only stayed for about 2 hours and I had to leave I had paid for two nights I didn't ask for a refund I had already known that he would not give me one but the conditions are not good

The room consisted of trash, light fixture on bed , the sink in the bathroom was missing. The parking lot was unsafe.

He said he could not use our booking that I had paid for so I ended up having to pay out of pocket which I do not think is fair or Rogers and I tried to tell him five times over and I still had to pay out of pocket even though I told him I'd already paid and booked it online.

I checked out the next morning because room was not as advertised online and on top of that there was black mold and I have asthma and bronchitis they had no other rooms available or neither a relocation site available hotels.com staff failed to make contact with the property to move forward with cancellation and refunds process so I lost out on my money and I am very disappointed in hotels.com

The manger was very disrespectful and the room he was unlivable and the window wouldn’t close

This hotel is a front for a scam. I booked a room through booking.com. I wanted something cheap and crappy because I knew I would only be there to really shower. I get there on the day of my paid reservation and the rude dismissive man behind the counter says they have no rooms left and if I want a refund I have to contact customer service. I leave and I do so and they “conduct an investigation”. A few days later, they tell me I did in fact stay there so I don’t get a refund. I’m disputing charges with my bank. They clearly do this a lot. So I would never pay up front.
