Nothing Poor location, booked it online when I made it they said they didn't honor booking. Com and I had to pay for a room that was already paid for then listed me as a no and now Its mission impossible to get my money back.

I was scammed. I booked 2 rooms. I paid for one in advance when booking. I paid for the second in cash on site but I didn't get a receipt because the receptionist said there was a system failure. After a few days, booking wrote that we didn't show up and the hotel charged my card for the unfulfilled reservation. I warn you against scammers. I'm not the first person to be scammed in this way. I regret not reading other reviews before coming here (see Jacqueline's review 10/23/2023). This place is not worth $115 per night!

I liked how the staff was polite after traveling with 5 overstimulated kids it was very nice refresher I understand things happen but their card machine was down so I had to use an atm up the road not the end of the world . I requested non smoking because me and my oldest has asthma .. my room had a faint smell of cigarettes (room and bedding) but my fiancée room smelled WAY worse ..he is a former smoker and he even said it was too much for him.. location wise it wasn't too far from the hospital (had an appointment the next day) it from the outside looks a little run down and sketchy but it was pretty safe everyone kept to themselves.

That I left alive and well It was filthy. Like something from a SAW movie. No place to hang a jacket! Dirty towels, sheets, and floors. Tv was fuzzy as well. Sleep in your car instead

It was so depressing, so run down, in a "sketchy" part of town, we were afraid to stay there, we lost our money and don't regret the decision to get another place to stay at triple the cost. EVERYTHING

I liked that there was a mini fridge and microwave. The "clean" towels were dirty. They had make-up stains and black smudges.

Update the rooms Door lock wasn't secure enough for me had to put a chair behind it

It was ducked off, close to a bunch of restaurants

Reception took long time to acknowledge our arrival

The bathroom The staff is very unhelpful and the housekeeping is very bad and the to security guard be drank and harassing people and they be drinking on the job

I did not like it at all Bed was hard, hair and dead bugs in tub, blanket was thin as a sheet, smelled really bad, floor was dirty and sticky, pillow cases were dirty. It was a nasty room. I slept with my shoes on and a towel over my pillow
