It was old and outdated. Staff was nice.

The room was on the ground level, very small, and poorly maintained. Shampoo was empty, and detached from wall, doorknobs were sideways, spider webs in corners and no fan in the washroom area. It was a mistake staying there to say the

Convenience & friendly staff. Inside aesthetics and decor, also some upgrades are needed as far as elevator & carpet. The elevator had to be reset a few times. Hallways were extremely hot.

NOT MUCH OF A BREAKFAST. LOCATION WAS GOOD FOR OUR NEEDS. THE ELEVATOR DIDN'T WORK. ALMOST EVERY TIME WE NEEDED TO GO UP TO OUR FLOOR (3RD) WE HAD TO ASK PERSON AT DESK TO FIX IT. IF WE WERE UPSTAIRS, WE HAD TO CALL DOWN AND TELL THEM TO FIX IT. NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. I HAD MY PETS AND EVERYTIME I WENT TO LOBBY, THE GUY WOULD SAY YOU HAVE 2 DOGS IN ROOM. HE HAD BAD BODY ODOR ALSO. VERY LIMITED TV CHANNELS. BEDS WERE FULL BEDS, NEED AT LEAST QUEEN SIZE

Front desk staff was friendly. There was a used, damp towel hanging on our bathroom door when we arrived and crumbs on the sink. Beds were hard and in the morning, a very musty smell blew from the air conditioner when it was on.

It was clean. It was very well kept. The heat from the heater made it cozy in there. There were several outlets to plug in our gadgets. Housekeeping was helpful. I didn't like that certain channels would not show clearly. "TVland" had all the good and funny shows that I liked. Most of the time it would just go to a black screen with sound or black out completely without sound. I didn't like the thin pillows. I stayed at another "Choices" Hotel and their pillows were plush. The Wi-Fi provided didn't help on any internet searches and would just go blank or load for a long time.
