The rates were higher than expected and noisy environment not happy I paid more for poor hotel stay I left early at my own cost no refunds were offered ev Noise from upstairs people constantly, only one staff member available paid more than booking.com said

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful! We only stayed for one night so we didn't use any of the pool or breakfast but everything was easy to check in and check out

well the pool wasnt usable. all four of the washer and dryers were broke, the coffee pot in my room broke. and the staff was rude as hell.

The breakfast options were limited and the biscuits were cold. The breakfast needs improvement and the cooling system was not cooling effectively.

The pool was great, the staff was friendly and quick to resolve any issues, and the complimentary breakfast was awesome with plenty of options. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to provide thicker blankets for the beds to make them a little cozier.

Location The room smelled like mold. The shower curtain was broken and caused the bathroom to flood. Breakfast was horrible, the juice machine had only sour orange juice. Nothing on the breakfast bar was fresh. The waffle maker didn’t heat evenly.
