The smelt like mildew and I ordered a king and when I got there there was only queens

Nothing. The beds were hard. The sheets were dirty. Staff was lazy. No toilet paper in room. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

It was a nice quiet place

They have bright lights shining into the rooms at night. The facility is run down. They charge extra fees beyond what is listed on hotels.com

Ive been drug down threw there with Expedia and I'm letting them... Problem after problem after problem and the staff doesn't know how to fix anything. The phone help hotline is terrible and slow and the online chat help center is even worse!!! But I keep TRYING to book with them....

I did not get the staff name that worked the front desk overnight while I stayed there, but t she was very helpful Waken up the next morning from my first night there with the housekeeper trying to enter my room while I was sleeping without respecting the Do Not Disturb sign on the door.
