Quality Inn Jacksonville near Little Rock Air Force Base

When we arrived I realized that I booked the wrong room. Staff was very helpful with getting us a different room. However, Both of our rooms were overbearing with the smell of mildew/mold. As we went to our new room, we could see that there was sheetrock cut out exposing mold in the walls. That was not surprising because the smell told us that. We actually didn’t stay even one night because my wife and kids were getting nauseous by the smell. I reviewed the place before booking, but nothing prepared us for what we walked into.

Was an easy, accessible clean room off the interstate to stay the night. I'd stay again.

Unless this is resolved, I will no longer be using Expedia.

Dirty, low-end, barely-maintained dive. I have never seen a dirtier lamp shade. Whoever owns this hotel obviously bought it from someone who used to care. Current ownership just keeps it running (and apparently doesn't care much about hospitality or cleanliness).

Room air was turned off on arrival. Room was over 80 degrees. Asked for another was told all were like that. Hallway was cooler than room. Arrived too late to look for another place. Laid in pool of sweat till room cooled down. Tool two hours.

Seriously best hotel in Jacksonville area. Just stay here & be happy man!

First room had a bad A/C and when we pulled the sheets back there was a big spot on the sheets and it was not a stain. It just wasn’t washed. When we brought it up to the manager, he wanted to just switch out the sheet that was dirty. It was also not cooled in the room so by the time it was cooled off it was close to 1am. Breakfast was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. Will not stay here again.

Everything was clean. The pool was in disrepair, but still swimmable. Good deal for the price. Nothing exceptional, but would stay again as the property is clean.

Another security issue- agent said room number in front of other guests while checking in late at night. Room was quiet and fairly clean

Loved my stay! Clean, and very friendly staff. Breakfast was pastries and gravy. Even though it wasn’t a full warm breakfast it was still a great continental option! Beds were super comfy. Definitely recommend.

Clean room, overall just decent a good

Breakfast was "OK" I would have appreciated fresh fruit and some non-dairy milk (almond, coconut, oat) for my coffee. Also I would have appreciated some more protein options, and gluten free options. Thanks The room fan to run the A/C was really noisy. Hard to fall asleep with that much noise.
