Best Western Plus Jacksonville West

Stayed 2 nights with a non working tv remote in the den area.

It was close to the Jax ports. Everything was great.

Privacy and clean

Clean, friendly staff. The bed was lacking. It needs to be replaced. And the bright room lighting up smoke detector light was not great.

Old hotel in need of renovations.

Front desk clerks and manager were very kind and helped with any issues. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good and hot. Hotel was clean. Housekeeper was so nice also.

We parked on street near hotel.

Easy to get in and out of. We were hauling a large trailer and they were able to accommodate It was great. Big rooms!

Beds could be better, but overall I was very satisfied with my stay.

Great stay! Clean rooms! My children loved the pool! Close to restaurants.

The entry and signing in was Superior. We were explained about the breakfast and time. If we needed anything, the service desk was available 24 hours. Everything was Perfect. It was nothing that we did not like. No complaints about anything or anyone.

To Toilet way to small and close to the floor…….a fall hazard waiting to happen Walk-in shower stall the size of a coffin and NO wall bars

Close to the interstate, The pictures looks nothing like the room. The bed was squeaky and hard, room smelled like urine use a entire can of febreze trying to kill the smell. The shower knob was hard too turn, had to slam the door for it to close correctly.

I was not satisfied with my stay my beds were on the floor no headboards but you get what u pay for. The hallways and elevator smell sour the breakfast didn’t have many options I left soon as the sun came up and would never book again

Convenient location for being mid roadtrip. Checked in very very late and staff was at the front desk. Our room was incredible damp. The moisture was high in the air, on the floor and was palpable on the sheets. Very uncomfortable to sleep well. Breakfast was okay but not that great. Wouldn’t stay here again. Wish I had gone to the competitors next door.

The pool. When we first arrived at the hotel I don’t get to throughly check my room because we had just drove from Orlando had 4 under the age of 6 and just needed to sit and unwind. Upon checking the room I noticed it was not cleaned properly. I didn’t get to see the beds before kids started playing so I’m not sure how those looked. Trash was left full in the living room, & bathroom. No towels were restocked they left used soap in the bathroom it was just something I’ve never experienced in my life with booking rooms. Upon this discovery I called front desk n she stated I could get another room. We stepped out to get food to come back and pack up and while we were out I got a call saying since the bed was messed up and our things were already in the room that we would keep that room and they would clean the trash. First off I had a DND sign up so NO ONE SHOULD HAVE ENTERED THAT ROOM! Upon the completion off that call when I got back into the property I was told we could then switch the rooms to a clean one. That was my first and last stay at that hotel. Not to mention 8 months pregnant at the time of this! I can say we enjoyed the pool because that’s where majority of our time was spent!

Had to change rooms because ac was leaking on the carpet. No big deal but both rooms smelled bad. The room smelled sour. I couldn't tell where it was coming from because the smell was everywhere. I felt like I smelled sour when I left the building. Everything just felt dated and dirty.
