Clean room and great staff. Hotel was under construction and we didn't know till it was to late that pool was closed. Huge bummer for the kids and would have affected our decision to stay there. Hotel will be great once renovations completed. Neighbors in room 304 were the worst and Ihope Karma finds them at 2am some day soon.

A convenient stopover when traveling thru Jacksonville. Older property but clean and personal were friendly.

The breakfast was exceptional, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, a little smell but I brought some lysol but overall it was great Great location, near where we we going, rooms were comfortable, the only thing they were doing some work alot of banging so we got up and went exploring

Breakfast was efficient and all items were fresh and amply available. Frequently coffee runs out, but Jacksonville was above average.

Good location. Breakfast was good. We kept finding hair in the sheets and the bathroom. Was not cleaned well.

O carpete do quarto tinha cheiro forte. Limpeza razoável. Café da manhã razoável. O ar condicionado fazia muito barulho. Estacionamento ok. Amenidades ok.
