Room smelled musty and carpet felt damp. Only had 3 towels the first day and second day had no wash cloths. Housekeeping could have been better. Complementary breakfast was great and staff friendly

The hotel was very dated and worn, there are things that would be so easy to fix in the rooms, but it seems like the property is being neglected a bit. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were consistently helpful, which made up for the property neglect issues

July 3 - 5, 2026, During my stay, the indoor pool and hot tub was not open due to maintenance. Housekeeping did not have enough clean towels, we had to wait over a hour to get them. The Hotel was clean and the staff was nice.

Everything was excellent! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

The location was PERFECT. Food was in walking distance and the Hotel lot was great. I don't like to walk far at night and it was well lit.

The hotel itself and rooms are very nice. The pool and hot tub were closed and apparently have been for a while and none of the staff knew why or when it would be reopened. Very disappointed that was 1 of the reasons we chose to stay there. Breakfast was the worst that I've had in a hotel. Very limited options every day basically the same hard biscuits, terrible gravy, extra mushy oatmeal (dont know how that's possible) and very obvious molded fruit. They did have waffles you could make and cereal. All staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and cleaners did a great job every day.
