The room smelled musty and the bathroom shower was not cleaned at all. The bed sheets were wet like they were just pulled out of the dryer and still not dried. The room was really hot when we entered. The AC was on heat for a long time before we entered the room. The carpets felt wet.

We reserved 2 rooms. Oe rom bathroom did not work, staff gave us another room.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. El hotel fue cómodo, el servicio estuvo bien y cumplió con lo esperado por el precio que pagamos. El personal fue amable y nuestra estadía fue agradable. Definitivamente una buena opción si buscas algo económico y cómodo.

Our first room had an odor to it and wet carpet, however, the desk clerk was able to get us moved to another room and we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was very good.

Superb

Location and room size. Rate the stay a 2/3. The milk was soured at breakfast, people next to us playing music loud at 3am. Told someone and then started blasting music again at 4-430am. Pillows are super soft. Lay on them and within seconds they get super flat and thin.

Thankful they allow pets

The rooms did not have a pleasant smell it smell like wet dogs carpets smelled wet and the air conditioner didn’t get cold. Dogs were allowed so that confined that smell in the hallways and room.

The room was moist with humidity. Sheets, towels and carpet were damp.

It was a really great stay, great location, and amazing staff. I will absolutely stay here again when I come back to Jacksonville
