Hampton Inn Jacksonville East Regency Square

Breakfast was awesome. I wish the room had streaming services though. The room was a little dated but overall it was great for the price. The staff were extremely helpful and very nice. I wish you could stream movies on the TV. The room was a little dated.

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s not the fanciest place you’ll ever stay, but it is clean, close to the sea port, within walking distance to an awesome Mexican restaurant, gas station with snacks, food, and ice cream, and we even walked to Walmart (however I don’t recommend walking with kids because you have to cross the highway). Our room was ready early. It was clean. The bed was SO comfortable. I’m telling you, I napped and also slept soundly through the night. The staff was SO kind and helpful. They allowed us to stay an extra full hour without adding any charges. The breakfast was excellent. I mean, not only do they provide an amazing assortment of delicious foods, they also have staff there tending to the food area and customers the entire time. They’re so friendly and helpful. They even pack little to go bags for you! It includes a bagel, drink and I’m not sure what else because I had eaten so much food from the breakfast that I didn’t need to take anything with me. There’s also a friendly man who drives a van and shuttles you to the Jax sea port or airport or anywhere you need to go for about $20. He was really nice and took pictures for groups. He gave us our card and said his prices are definitely better than ride share prices during really busy days with lots of events and cruise embarkations or debarkations. Anyway, overall, we loved this hotel. Did i mention there’s also a pool and fitness area? Also a room with computers and a little shop for things you may have forgotten to pack as well as snacks/food for purchase? It’s not the fanciest place in the world but the people are amazing and really take care of you. I also appreciated the coffee and tea bar that was extremely well stocked with so many varieties of choices and kept looking very nice! 10/10 I’d stay there again. It’s a tiny but weathered in some areas but honestly that’s just time that has caught up with the place and no one’s fault really. Could use a bit of a renovation. Would it stop me from coming back? Absolutely not. The staff was absolutely wonderful and I’ll go back if ever I cruise from Jacksonville again for sure.

Convenient to cruise port and numerous eating establishments. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean and staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great with may choices.

It was close to the cruise port and a gas station in walking distance. The hotel is not very clean. If you really look it's really nasty. They don't do very good cleaning.

This was a semi clean and comfortable place to stay the night. The price online is different from the front desk. Front desk staff was not friendly , helpful or accommodating The extra fee for our hypoallergenic dog was unexpected. More expensive than other hotels in the area. We would not stay at this hotel again given other choices.

The front desk receptionist was very kind

Parking is spacious as well as the room.

The lady at check-in was extremely sweet and continuously had to smile on her face, even though I felt so bad for her because there was no air-conditioning. From the moment I walked in to do check-in I noticed there was no air-conditioning and it was extremely hot in the lobby. I’ve stayed at a lot of Hampton Inn’s and from the second I walked in. I was always pleased with the lobby. Totally different at this location it looked very dirty and not welcoming.
