Very nice stay

Convenient to the port. Breakfast was good. Front desk girl seemed annoyed to do her job and didn’t appear to want to be there.

Convenience to get to the cruise port. The facility is old. Needs updating. Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. Just didn’t have a clean look or smell.

Not enough lighting in the room

It was very clean and had a great breakfast. The beds were also comfortable and the hotel itself was quiet.

This hotel looked and smelt clean! Breakfast was very enjoyable, and the accessible room was very spacious. They were even very nice and welcoming to my service dog that they had a welcome bag for. The beds were even pretty comfortable. We’ll stay again.

Sketchy location. The property was dirty and everything was well worn. Probably my last stay at a Hampton they used to be dependable.

Clean, helpful and attentive staff

For a positive, the staff were great! Friendly and welcoming. The breakfast workers were especially on top of things and the food was good. But our room was run down and sticky. All of the chrome surfaces are corroded, the headboard had staining, the flooring had multiple gaps in the wooden slats. Just a real disappointment for a family stay. If it were just me for a business overnight, I could deal. But with kids, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very close to the cruise terminal The room was very moist- so much so that the floors had condensation on them.

The staff was great!! We had a wonderful stay and the breakfast was delicious!!! Will definitely stay here again!!

The highlight of our trip to Jacksonville was the hotel where we stayed. The hotel staff—always smiling, helpful, and exemplifying true hospitality—along with the cleanliness of the hotel and the quality of the delicious, varied breakfast, left a lasting impression on us.
