The place was excellent it was clean the only thing I will say is they need to upgrade their pillows and mattress other than that it was phenomenal for the price

There were roaches on our bed. There was a lizard behind the trash can. The door didn’t dead bolt. The floor was so filthy I had keep my shoes on to walk around. They are paper thin walls so we heard everyone walking by and even the people in the room next to us. We stripped down the bed because we were paranoid there would be bedbugs. Luckily, there were no bedbugs, but the mattress was covered in crumbs and dirt. We had to brush off the mattress. This place looks very cute on the outside. The property looks good. It seems cute and quaint, but inside the rooms it’s a different story. Do not be fooled by the AI photos they display. There are no shelves or decor on the wall. It’s literally just the bed, fridge, and the end tables with lamps.

Best motel in Jacksonville. Really appreciate the work out into it. The property is about 65% refurbished. Clean. High quality materials, microwave, ice machine, and even a workout room.

This is a place for if you’re really really really in a pinch and you just only need somewhere to just store your stuff and have somewhere to sleep. That’s about it. The beds were uncomfortable. Totally bring your own towels, washcloth and towels. Bring your own pillows, bring blankets. Because the blanket that is on there is not really a blanket. It’s like a fake sheet. Even though there was night security. I still did not feel safe at night. And definitely bring travel size cleaning supplies with you because you are going to need to clean your room before you put your stuff in the room. And you definitely want to bring one of those plug-in air fresheners two of them actually possibly three. This place definitely has water, plumbing issues. It’s where if you turn on the tub, the water stops coming out. And bring your own hangers at least three or four hangers. Because this place does not have any hangers and you definitely wanna bring a pair of disposable house shoes to walk around on the floor.

Will not return $100 deposit, they do this to several guests.

Pleasant

The only downside is that they don't coffee machines at the rooms and if you want a coffee you have to go to the office and but the cup for $1 each besides that it was a good stay

My room and the area reeked of weed while I was there. The room had smaller beds than I thought and people loitering on the outside of the rooms. My first stay here was better than this

Sketchy area and drug addicts. They raided the hotel one night I was there. Nasty unsafe and disgusting
