Great room,and was very clean. Everyone working there was very nice. The chocolate chip cookies for free was great. Restaurant was much too expensive for the food you get. Would be nice to have at least a continental breakfast included. Other than that an excellent stay. We will be back.

Easy to find location. Was close to Jaxport . Cruise. Very friendly accommodating staff. Nice and clean.

Horrible. Humidty in room was 80. I had the AC set at 65. Bedding, carpet, towels and my clothes were all damp. No AC in any of the hallway they just use dehumidifiers. This is like this on all the floors I asked the cleaning staff they said NO AC in any of the hallways it is way to hot. I asked the front desk they said OH they are working on getting some AC in the hallway. I didnt see any AC vents so not sure how they are working on getting AC in the hallway. I had hot air coming thru vent on the wall and cold air coming out of the floor AC. You could hardly breath in the hallway. They still use coolers in bedrooms instead of refigerator. So you have to hit the cool button every 2 hrs to try and keep your stuff cool. I do not recommend this Hotel at all.

It is basically nice. Walmart, Ross and ER care and pharmacies nearby. The property was undergoing renovations downstairs. The pool looked okay but not pristine. The breakfast is very good but you have to pay for the upgrade to have breakfast. There is a bar in the lobby. Parking is a free aminity.
