When I got there, I couldn't have a key card. Because the machine was broken. I had to be left in and out of my room. The air conditioner from the room above me. What's dripping onto my air conditioner making a very loud noise all night.

The bath tub was holding water. The water was not going out the drain in the tub. I went to the store and bought something to unstop the tub!!! The tub was not clean I clean the tub was something I bought at the store.

nothing stands out hotel office not staffed all night it took 15 mins to get someone at the desk after i lost my key around 1 am… theres no access to a bathroom i stay hotels very very often .. never have this issue with front desks .

Even though I had all of the information saying I had a reservation. The person on the phone said I didn’t have a reservation and offered no assistance. I was 8 hours away from home and left with no room at 2:30 am in the morning.

The water was turned off during our stay ( they did have signs but I wasn’t made aware before we arrived) the hotel even though said you can’t smoke smelt like majority of the hotel didn’t listen, and the beds were uncomfortable to sleep on.
