Location The toilets didn't flush properly the rooms for 3 days didn't open the room doors or building.

We went on a work trip and it was clean and nice for us to just come an relax after a long day of working

Dear [Hotel Manager/Customer Service], I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the treatment I received during my recent stay at your hotel. I booked my room out of necessity after receiving a last-minute job call, completing my reservation online. Upon arrival, I was told by a front desk staff member named Joy, who also identified herself as a manager, that I could not check in until 3:00 PM. Once that time arrived, she informed me that the system was down and, as a result, she could not issue me a room key. I was forced to ask staff to open my room door and the door to the lobby every time I needed access—an inconvenience that made me feel both insulted and patronized. To my dismay, I observed Joy providing room keys to other guests who were checking in after me. When I questioned her about this unequal treatment and asked why I was not given a key while other guests were, she responded by asking if I wanted to check out. This response was not only dismissive but also inappropriate. As a woman of color, I am deeply troubled by the possibility that this differential treatment was racially motivated, as it appeared that only certain guests were denied keys. Such actions are unacceptable and do not reflect the standards of hospitality and equality that all guests deserve. I suggest that, in situations like this, staff should offer solutions such as changing the guest’s room or providing an honest explanation, rather than making the guest feel unwelcome or suggesting that they leave. I hope you will investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate steps to ensure fair and respectful treatment for all guests in the future. Please forward this to the appropriate channels so situations like this do not happen again.

Customer service is bad. When I entered my room AC and lights are not working. Windows open and there’s water on the ground.

The property manager Joy was so nice! The rooms were clean Nothing

The rooms were clean however very damp. We asked for more towels and the front desk acted like we were asking for cash. The place also reeked of pot!

Location Loud not clean didn’t have towels when we first checked in had to go and buy my own… got bitten by something don’t know exactly what.

Good location and pet friendly. The lady that welcomed us was friendly and the one that took care of the check out too. The room has a fridge and a furnace. The room smells really bad, I have to purchase diffuser with perfume to be able to stay there. The beds and the pillows were so uncomfortable... The metal frames on the bed are noisy so every time we move on the bed we hear the squeaky sound. Some of the workers are not too friendly. They do not lean the room or give you extra towels.

Quiet Nothing

Outside appearance was good but check in area is very small, it’s just like budget in motel for me, the place is not hotel looking inside. But if people are looking for budget friendly place, this one is okay. But for me I may not come back again. Note: you will pay extra for cooking utensils and plates.

Booked multiples days in advance in Expedia, selected pay at property, was getting in at 1am so I followed the instructions and called 24 hrs in advance and told them I’d be in late, got there called the night attendant down, was told there was no record that I called and that they don’t take payments after 12, which was definitely not told over the phone. I am a 20 year old and was basically told to get lost and figure it out at 1am. Also the lobby reeked of weed.

The day manager is an attractive woman with welcoming smile and disposition. I appreciate she understood Service Animal rules and expectations and I wasn’t hassled about my companion who assists my hearing impairment.

They have clean room, clean hallway and the nice stuff also have a good price and a good location
