**HOWEVER,... the cliental that stays here long term are one step from homelessness and there are many behavioral issues you'll have to deal with. The Police & Ambulance were there almost every night. Fights breaking out in the parking lot or up on the balcony. A drug addict prostitute knocked on my door at 11:30pm asking if I was someone's "old lady". The second to the last night I was there, an unknown man attacked a woman resident in the parking lot and punched her in the face, left a massive bruise on her jaw. I felt so unsafe I hid in my room & was afraid to leave after dark keeping my taser & pepper spray on me at ALL times. Needless to say, I left 3 days early from check out. I would recommend INTOWN suites get better security for evening hours and FENCE in the property to keep the hood rats out. Carry pepper spray or other protection - you are not safe here if you are a female solo traveler. The staff was very nice about everything - they knew the whole story before I even got to the office the next morning to tell them i was leaving for safety reasons.*I did NOT get reimbursed my 3 days for leaving early. I did get my deposit back. - I don't think this is a staffing issue. fence the property in with a guard station to resolve this issue

The area of town is in a slightly higher crime area. Twice someone tried to get into my room. The deadbolt didn’t work properly so I had to buy a doorstop alarm. I ended up checking out early and went to another hotel in a safer place in town

The room was nast blood on floor shower would not turn off fully and the bed had bedbugs

Florida weather is always hot and nice to me, the room was very disgusting. Went down to the lobby to express what my issues were and was told they will send someone up. All they did was come into the room and pick up paint supplies that was in the pantry. We had no dust/door stop on the bottom, we had sand, grass and bugs come in the room because there wasn’t a stop. I asked for a towel to cover it up and i got a lecture that they don’t give extra towel or linen. The dresser had molded wood, the hood over the kitchenette was disgusting. Cigarette burns all on the bathroom sink. The lamp had ashes all over it. There was spider webs and bugs under the beds. Also the chairs was nasty, table wouldn’t come clean.

The rooms are renovated & the property is quiet. People are respectful.

The place has moist and the room was flooded due to leaks from the floor over it. Is just a nasty place. Please don’t even think of going there.

My wife felt unsafe

Not at kept up. Was scaffolding at around nit at all easy to get into room the key card was always needing to be re set. Staff who checked in was very respectful and helpful

Beware of the night life

The manager was nice the hotel was nice even the cleaning service was nice I would love to stay there they were always playing everything was beautiful

I didn’t like anything about this property. First they wanted to charge me $ 400 more than the price that I made the reservation for. The room was dirty, smelled. The refrigerator didn’t work, they did replace it with another dirty one. The 2 place burners didn’t work. Bathroom floor floods whenever you shower. They don’t replace towels for the length of your stay. You have one role of toilet paper, you have to purchase your own if you need more. This is the worst place I ever stayed at since traveling.

Tuesday elevator not working. Wednesday no water. Thursday night elevator not working again. 8 am Friday woken by sound of leaf blower on staircase. Only thing was good was bed comfortable. Tv good. Dinette was good for me to get some work done on my computer.

Super friendly front desk. Quiet property. Good value for the money

Like the manager willingness to please the customer.

There was noise upstairs , but other then that it was ok
