I liked that if you kept to yourself you weren’t bothered but yea I’m from the beaches and there were characters of question that made me uncomfortable during my stay. That itself is a personal opinion. Trey on staff was friendly and respectful, but I wouldn’t come here alone as a young female . I had my partner with me.

Very dirty towels used sheets with stains. They actually had someone starting in the room I had reserved and guy was buying time so she could make the bed and I can check in. Cucarachas everwhere bed bugs.

Every time i stay on beach blvd in jacksonville fl . They never have working tv's. That place needs help I Will never recomend an yone there needs all new staff and no people that live there. Great location.

Oh, and let me not get started on the activities part. Arguments and tricking, all day and night.

Crowded and hot

From the moment I opened the door, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor. The first room I was shown had a hole in the bathroom ceiling, and the second room had a TV with red lines across the screen. I was promised a replacement the next morning, but it never happened. The bathroom sink leaked directly from the bottom when turned on, and despite reporting it, no one addressed the issue. The bedsheets and towels were yellow, so I ended up purchasing my own. I also had to buy multiple air fresheners just to make the room breathable. During my entire stay, housekeeping never cleaned the room or emptied the garbage. In the common areas, some guests allowed their dogs to defecate near the elevator, and it was not cleaned until the next morning. I also had a package go missing, and the front desk suggested another guest may have taken it. The DirectTV signal went out, and although reported, no one came to fix it—I had to resolve it myself. The mattress was uneven, making sleep uncomfortable. Overall, this property felt more like a long‑term rental apartment than a hotel suitable for visitors. While the staff were friendly, the condition of the rooms and lack of maintenance made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. It may be budget‑friendly, but it is not worth it.

The room reeked of cat pee. Luckily I travel with a can of Febreze. There was no ice machine on the property And the freezer in the room did not have ice cube trays. The window shades were broken with pieces missing. The couch had been shredded by a cat. The other chairs had puncture marks from some animal. All the dresser drawers were broken and would not close. There was no remote for the TV. The walls in the room were filthy.

There were dog feces in front of the elevator. The bathroom was dirty and in poor condition. The room had a bad odor. The walls had patches of paint

The room is really bad there is roaches.the bed the sheets was never changed it was dirty with blood on it .the housekeeper needed to be trained.the hotel is nothing like the picture at all .this is not a family hotel or for a person to stay long turn

Bus routes was close to what I needed for my trip. It LOOKED like trap house after you go inside. Drugs, fighting in rooms, loud music at night. I fear for the staff having to deal with SUCH UNPREDICTABLE SITUATIONS THAT CAN COME WITH ALLOWING THESE THINGS. So I left them gifts to thank them. I didn't take photos they know Sinks are out of order Water pressure in showers are low Drugs And trap house is during the night They know they have cameras
