It's close to where I need to go. There are too much police activity, it's like it's trashy people mixed in with classy people,it just doesn't mix.

nothing this is a hood apartment building not a hotel. this is cocupied by persons that have been evicted from their homes and now are using this hotel as their full time residence. One lady living there said while waiting for a staff person asked if we wanted her to open a room with a crobar that she had to let us in a vacant room. her room/home was completely decorated as her full time apartment. upon arrival there were over 5 people waiting to check in and the front desk was closed. then told 2 hours later after complaints made to corporate someone showed up and said the place was already all booked since earlier that day. no one was able to stay and left to sleep in their cars if they had not other accomodations.

Yes everything! We waited 15 minutes at front desk for someone to come and check us in. The room was absolutely disgusting! Bed had dirty linen Bathtub/shower was black I cleaned it before I could shower! Drug traffic in parking lot all night

Lots of drug dealers.. The washing machine that they washed the linens and towels and does not work.So you could not get towels or bed linens , but they charge you three dollars a day

I liked that if you kept to yourself you weren’t bothered but yea I’m from the beaches and there were characters of question that made me uncomfortable during my stay. That itself is a personal opinion. Trey on staff was friendly and respectful, but I wouldn’t come here alone as a young female . I had my partner with me.

Very dirty towels used sheets with stains. They actually had someone starting in the room I had reserved and guy was buying time so she could make the bed and I can check in. Cucarachas everwhere bed bugs.

Every time i stay on beach blvd in jacksonville fl . They never have working tv's. That place needs help I Will never recomend an yone there needs all new staff and no people that live there. Great location.
