The room reeked of cat pee. Luckily I travel with a can of Febreze. There was no ice machine on the property And the freezer in the room did not have ice cube trays. The window shades were broken with pieces missing. The couch had been shredded by a cat. The other chairs had puncture marks from some animal. All the dresser drawers were broken and would not close. There was no remote for the TV. The walls in the room were filthy.

Drugs, fighting in rooms, loud music at night. I fear for the staff having to deal with SUCH UNPREDICTABLE SITUATIONS THAT CAN COME WITH ALLOWING THESE THINGS. So I left them gifts to thank them. I didn't take photos they know Sinks are out of order Water pressure in showers are low Drugs And trap house is during the night They know they have cameras

I can say the staff is wonderful even the housekeepers are good the manager she is amazing out of all the hotel is okay the managers trying her hardest to really clean it up which is a good thing could use a little bit of touch up maintenance on a few things in the room the internet they could improve it quite a bit it goes in goes out so that's kind of a glitchy kind of problem besides that I feel the hotel is comfortable the company the hotel holds could clean up just maybe a third of it besides that a lot of the people here staying here living here are wonderful

The staff keeps this hotel running in great shape. I stayed for a week and I had no problems with my truck or dogs. I felt safe the whole time and it was a great place to stay for the price!

There was absolutely nothing I remotely enjoyed about my stay. Incredibly dirty. Linens, sinks, toilet, bath tub, refrigerator was beyond disgusting. One of the towels smelled horrid as if they decided reusing it without cleaning is acceptable. I will be contacting the county and state health services.

We booked a room with two beds due to the people in our traveling party. When we arrived at the building, they only had a room with one bed, which was not feasible. The facility was not a hotel. It was more like a shelter for people in transition. On our way up to the room, we encountered people on scooters entering an exiting the elevator on two different occasions. Once we inspected the room, it was not clean or comfortable, and there was no chance we were staying in that facility. They could not give us a print out receipt when we arrived or when we left. We did not stay there. They would not refund us anything even though we had booked two beds and they could only produce one. Do not book at this facility!

Stained restroom. Lobby stings of smoke and weed.

Housekeeping wasn't include for the rate advertised, but at least the common areas eg. Elavtor, hallways, should be clean which wasn't during my 4 night stay.

Clean and nice

Nothing at all. It’s nasty, disgusting and dirty, smells of piss, no curtains for the windows….. certainly not going away near the place again, I will sleep in my car .

The noise from a family was out of control up until 10-11 pm, I’m not returning there again , no matter how cheap it is, cheap isn’t always good and I pray that no one gets sick, because of the dampness of the building, smells of pee,ac unit nasty in the vent and I didn’t have any cable, the house keeper had to install the box and hook the television up.

I booked hundreds of rooms in the past 5 years. This was in the worst 5 on my list. Broken lock on the door, room was open, and the tub was filthy! Disgusting and should not be listed on Hotels.com!

Nothing It’s dirty, very loud residents, tub stopped up water not going out while I shower, low water pressure in the sink, no curtains up, ac loud

NOTHING No one ever came to check us in. We had to find a different hotel. I was charged for a visit that I never had.

Price It can be a very nice place, it’s not up to standard! My bathroom towels are damp, my clothes are damp, the room smells, no curtains or anything that will keep the light out of the room, some of us work overnight and need the darkness to sleep, the tub is stopped up, the ace makes noise all day and night, your front door isn’t locked and it’s open all the time !

We had a terrible experience. The rooms were dirty, sheets had potato chips, there were bugs in the kitchenette and mold in the bathtub and windows. The floor and bathtub was extremely dirty. The property refused to give us a refund, although hotels.com gave us credit which is greatly appreciated. DO NOT STAY HERE!
