Clean and quiet. Helpful staff. Good breakfast- but open at 0630 means 0630 for us needing early starts.

Staff was very accommodating. Toilet was loose and rocked.

They charged a $100 refundable deposit at check in. I checked out on Sept 21. The $100 deposit was included in my Visa charge, so I called the hotel the next day and he said it takes a couple days for the credit to show up in my account. It is now 5 days later and the $100 credit is still not in my account. I will call again on Sept 28 to find out when I will receive the credit, but it feels like they will happily keep it if I don't follow up.

Hi, I was charged $189.89 on my debit card for my stay at La Quinta. I was informed that this amount would be refunded, but the refund still hasn’t appeared in my bank account. Could you please confirm whether the refund has actually been processed? If so, could you provide the date it was processed and the refund confirmation or reference number? Thank you.

It's mostly the location and your staff is friendly. It seems the last two times I was there, I couldn't get theTV to work. The guy at the front desk came to the room and fixed it

Room was clean at first glance; however, upon closer inspection appeared to be more tidy than clean. The remote was sticky. Shower curtain was stained. The toilet paper roll holder was falling off the wall and the wall itself appeared to have been repair multiple times indicating an ongoing issue. The worst thing was waking in the morning and turning on the lights to see roaches scatter!!! When checking out there was no staff present - just a box for dropping your room keys.

Did not get any additional towels or washcloths after asking for some. Did not have any Shampoo

The location of the property was super good, the rooms were large Elevators and pool permits were expired, foul odors on our floor the whole time we were there..

It was a great stay, staff was friendly and helpful...housekeeping was also very nice...overall great stay.

Let's see the first room they gave me i opened the door and a couple were laying in the bed. Next the first night my smoke alarm was beeping every 2 minutes didn't fix it till 10am the next day. Also refrigerator couldn't even keep water cold. The bathtub wouldn't drain properly so when I took a shower I was standing in dirty water. Need i say more worst experience in a motel i possibly ever had.
