The motel was very quiet and clean, the staff was very friendly and polite. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars was the mattress was too hard and wasn’t comfortable.

They’re also pet friendly with an $85 pet fee, and service animals stay free of charge, which is great for travelers who need accommodations for their animals. I enjoyed the amenities, including the gym, pool, pool table, and complimentary breakfast. The common areas were inviting, and everything was clean and well maintained. Overall, a great experience with plenty of amenities. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Jacksonville! ⭐️

All around great choice with this newish hotel. Conveniently located right off I-95. Safe quiet suburban area. Surprisingly good and diverse offerings at breakfast.

Staff was very cheery and helpful. The lobby had several large seating areas with couches that was perfect for our family to hang and visit post family event. Randy, staff member, entertained us with some jokes during our dinner in the lobby which we all-11 peeps-got a kick out of. Room was clean, bathroom had a nightlight that was a bonus to have as room was dark (great for sleeping) and countertop had plenty of space to store cosmetic bags, curling iron, toothbrush for 2 people etc., without feeling crowded. Well done there. Hotel is across from plenty of shops and restaurants, easy access off highway although doing some roadwork during our visit. Ice machines were always full. Room was tight/small. There was a nightstand on one side of bed and a small round table shaped like an hour glass on other side that was only big enough to put your phone on. There was plenty of room to have a 2nd nightstand, why the modern small table?? Could not figure how the wall would shake and hear a loud bang when the room next door closed their door. It was odd because it sounded like the door was next to the window side of the bed and not at the front/hallway of the room. Over 2 night stay happened repeatedly shaking the wall . And yes, you can hear every word spoken from next room in the bathroom! Be aware.

As a single woman traveling with a dog I felt extremely safe. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive and the breakfast was awesome.

The rooms are nice and big and clean.

The smoke detector went off every time we took a hot shower.

Wonderful!!

Right next to the interstate and it’s LOUD. Bed itself was comfortable but the bedding was very rough and itchy. Kept hearing lots of noise in the hallway as well.
