Ramada Hotel & Conference Center by Wyndham Jacksonville

The room was gross. Mold growing on carpet, paint peeling off the roof, smoke alarm torn out of wall. Nasty.

They did not give free breakfast as advertised

Just a little thing . I said in 129 and that kept getting stuck and making a noise. But overall everything was great!

Smell in room , loud noises from other rooms, lobby looks better than rooms which is misleading

Loud partly due to comedy club attached to lobby. Pool dirty. Had no towels but 3 floor mats. Strong Smell of marijuana mostly in bathroom . Had to pick up air purifier

Staff was rude, room didn't have towels, phone, tv remote, ice bucket, breakfast didnt happen because the staff called out, lots of weed smoking in the stairways...bad and scary

Rude front desk staff. No towels or soap. No hot breakfast on last day. Other breakfasts very subpar. No hot water. Heating system broken in room. Room dirty. Ice machines not working. Facility very run down. Poor TV service.

I was promised everything and received nothing. Filthy, mold, mildew, extremely rotten carpet, walls, ripped curtains. I was told by Mark that the owner is a slum lord who will not put a penny into this place. Mark pointed out the drug addicts and homeless hang outside your door and do not go out after dark. None of the ice machines work and have major rust, who would want the ice out of that filthy platform. Everyone makes like they are extremely accommodating and tell you yes and do absolutely nothing. It’s always someone else’s fault.

The AC didn’t work in the room… they literally have to open your room door with tools because the keys doesn’t work. So we couldn’t leave out unless they were able to break us in.. it was blood splatter on the wall yeah u heard me.. the night clerk must’ve been high or something she wasn’t helpful at all and spaced out

I like the buffet breakfast. I didn’t like how ran down the rooms or the property was differing from the pictures posted above. There was also ALOT of activity going on throughout the property. Noisy guests throughout the night. The rooms need to be deep cleaned and renovated.

A very disappointing experience. Do not stay here. The rooms are severely dated. There were no washcloths, the carpet is absolutely gross, the A/C fan did not work, very limited TV stations, the trash recepticles at the side entrances were overflowing with trash, dirty towels were piled up outside the rooms, dirty diapers and trash were outside in the parking spaces, and worst of all, guests were loud and arguing all through the night to the point of yelling profanities and kicking the doors of the rooms. We did not feel safe or valued as customers. In fact, we did not complete our stay and forfeited a night of the charge.

Staff was nice. The hotel itself was a complete catfish. The firsr room we was given hadnt been cleaned. No bedding, trash, drigs.. smell of weed and smoke was horrible. The second room was mildly better, but we had 2 microwave ls... had to unplug the mlfridge to use the microwave. The floors were so dirty it made all of ourbsocks blackon bottom. No landline phone for wmergencies.. and it was a non smokin h room, yet still jad a hint of smoke. The light bulb beside the bed was taped into place and the fixture itself was broken.
