We stayed four nights and had a nice experience. Just a heads up, they provide shampoo and conditioner but not body wash. They do have bars of soap but I prefer body wash.

We stay at this hotel every time we come to Jacksonville. We have been pleased with the hotel and the service offered by its staff every year. The only suggestion I can make is that it is time to upgrade the shower-heads! Otherwise it is a great place.

Very nice welcoming front desk staff. Pool and pool table, plus some casino style gaming (I think. We didn't do this). Typical chain hotel but nothing broken or worn out! Hot breakfast.

Everything was ok. Rooms, beds, towels were all clean, and all amenities were working order. The hotel grounds feels safe too.

Wi-fi was poor and staff did not get the issue addressed. Otherwise it was a good motel.

Tyler, Jenna, and the rest of the staff here always make us feel at home. great place to stay always clean and friendly. My company has stayed here several times while working the Jacksonville Area. Anytime Its available ill stay here wether it be business or personal trip. ill eventually get to know the rest of the staff.. keep up the good work guys.

Benjamin at check-in was very personal and professional. The room was clean breakfast was a nice variety and the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel, rooms, bathrooms, beds, linen and towels were all clean. NO broken faucets, clogged sinks or bath tub. The room was comfortable So happy about that. NO awful or moldy smells in the rooms or lobby area. The staff were all very helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. The fridge and microwave were all good and clean condition. We are so very happy that the breakfast time started at 5:30am, especially for all of us that have to be on up and out to our jobs early in the morning. There was a working pool....Yay! And they have a clean and working laudry room!!!! Hope they will continue to keep the standard up, while continuing to keep the rates affordable. Thanks to the staff and everyone.
