Reviews

The only advantage is the proximity to the airport and their shuttle service. Otherwise the hotel is not great - parking issues, run down rooms and staff is not customer friendly or helpful.
-
Very convenient if you’re flying out of JFK. Driveway/entrance to the hotel needs work and is very tight but not an issue if you’re using their shuttle service.
-
Good location, a bit quarter for breakfast the next morning but overall a good experience...

Staff was very attentive and helpful, they responded rather quickly to my bringing to their attention the roof was leaking water into the room and onto the bed.

I had a confirmed reservation, yet when I arrived at the hotel at approximately 3:00–3:30 AM after a long international journey, I was informed that no rooms were available. It was unacceptable that a confirmed booking was not honored upon arrival. The airport shuttle service was also poorly managed. I had to wait nearly an hour for the shuttle, and there was no clear communication regarding the pickup process. Additionally, the pickup point was not directly at the airport, requiring me to walk to Federal Circle with my luggage, which was particularly inconvenient in the hot and humid weather. After finally reaching the hotel, I was provided with an alternative room for only a few hours. Unfortunately, the room was in poor condition, with several amenities and facilities not functioning properly. The accommodation was clearly below the standard of what had been booked and paid for. The hotel staff acknowledged the issues, and the receptionist informed me that a full refund would be provided due to the inconvenience caused. However, the overall experience resulted in significant discomfort, loss of rest, and unnecessary stress. I expected much better service from a hotel handling airport travelers. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in reservation management, guest communication, and transportation services.

Had a great stay. No issues.

The common areas were okay, but the rooms were very dated and dingy. Towels were thin, cheap and very rough to the touch. We paid almost $400 for one night in this hotel. The long-term parking business for this property took up every square inch of asphalt, so much so that our airport taxi couldn't pull up to the hotel. We were left off with lots of luggage in the street and had to pull several pieces of luggage up the driveway which was a hill. I would not recommend.

We only spent one night but it was worth the money. It was convenient to the airport and the shuttle was excellent for their service. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating
-
Property had no parking and the access for the shuttle was horrible. The property was ok although our ceiling had a huge crack in it that looked a little sketchy.

Needed an airport hotel so chose this as I'm Hilton Gold status (which brought no real benefit). The rack rates can be eye watering so there is an element of price gouging due to proximity to JFK but the hotel was needed for a 10 hour layover. Aircon is old fashioned noisy box type, everything looks tatty but the bed was comfortable and the free shuttle very regular.
-
The Hotel Needs Some Updating, Very Worn Out.
-
Close and convenient for a layover. Toilet flushed super loud and if you sleep light, ask that you not be put near the elevators. The shuttle has an on demand app which is great and it runs every 20 mins, 24 hours a day . But it takes you only to and from Colombia circle. Some hotel shuttles take you to your terminal in the morning.

I was very shocked by the state the bed was in. The furnitures in the bedroom was too old for the money that they charge for the bedroom.
-
Everything as very clean. Staff was very polite and professional. Shuttle to the airport was on time and extremely helpful. Although we didn't drive, parking was chaos.
