I love that I got a themed room it was a surprise the mattress was nice at first but didn't have the support I needed throughout the night

Did not serve breakfast

No pool, nothing for kids to do, couldn't play pool because it was in the bar. Couldn't take popcorn out of bar. No game room. Hallway carpets were filthy. Ceiling vents were dirty.

Nothing Using the NE door nearest our room, we found that they keycard was unnecessary as the door doesnt easily close so essentially ajar and unsecured. The carpeted halls had ridges from being old and stretched out. A fellow guest we met at the door explained how the property had been in increasing neglect. The pool and hot tub (listed as an amenity) hadn't worked in over a year. He said he stays because its cheap. He felt that the towels might have been upgraded at some point but not the sheets or bedding. We got to our room to find damp towels hanging behind the bathroom door and when I pulled back the bedding there was hair sticking to the worn backing on the tired bedspread. With the overall condition of the property, missed housekeeping issues and unsecured door we opted not to stay and asked that we be refunded. We got a room at a different property in town. We want clean, quiet and secure accomodations. Gladstone wasnt that.

A bit outdated but fine for one night.

They had a bar restaurant casino area on-site. Downtown location, plenty of parking. Our beds were actually dirty. They were made then we felt dirt, sand, food. Then took photos and hair in the bed. We chose this because of the pool. It was closed and blocked off for remodel. No notice given until we showed up.

Not much The inside of the hotel room was not as clean as it should have been. The bed I slept in had a very poor mattress. Springs in the bed were not functioning. The sheet was paper thin. The bathroom and tub were not as clean as they should have been.

Creepy guy sitting in his truck outside our window all night. Location wasn't very convenient from interstate or for any meals. Didn't feel safe.

Probably one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed. Extremely clean very comfortable.. It was a really hot day and I walked in in the room set at a perfect temperature of the AC was on felt really good. Very comfortable bed. I got the sports room so it's great for anybody but it's great for people with teenagers or kids that love sports because it was just decorated really nice. Had everything I needed and Michelle at the front desk was so helpful and so nice. Will be staying there again!!! The restaurant was also very nice cuz it's right there at the hotel very good food...

Disappointed that coffee was not available everyday as advertised.

There’s a restaurant/lounge in the lobby. But doesn’t open until 4 o’clock and it’s closed on Sundays. The train goes by at least once a night. The beds were pretty comfortable. I will give it that.

No continental breakfast was provided but there supposedly was a restaurant in house to order off the menu. We went down at night and there was nobody in there. We went down in the morning and it was locked up. Air conditioning was sub par. had to open the window at 2:30 in the morning and then had to contend with train noise.

Best hotel ever! Comfortable space to rest and sleep. Quiet, clean, and welcoming staff.

Clean and comfortable. Just what you need for an affordable place to sleep, when you're on the road.

We had a room at the back, which was far away from the noisy bar. It was very quiet. It was ver convenient to parking just outside the door Just outside the rear exterior door was a bench and a trashcan. Smokers sat on that bench, and it was not pleasant for us when we had to exit to get to our car. Also, there was frequently overflowing trash on the ground. The coffee in the lobby was not always available, as I had expected.

Pool and spa were closed. Restaurant was not open for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean and comfortable. Slick check-in with friendly staff. Great location as we were attending event at the Civic Center. I had requested two queens and was pleasantly surprised with both a queen and a king. Had nice size room fridge with freezer. Nice restaurant and lounge on site. Nothing.

Pool closed. Coffee machine in lobby off when we left at 6:30 am. No one at front desk. Room: clean, bed comfortable, but bedding needs blanket, spread upgrade/replace. Had to unplug fridge middle of night-very loud.

The frist room had nko heat the second room was scary no windows a patio door that was a dark black room where the pool was supposed to be. Reminded us of a scary movie that you should never go to.
