clean rooms, nice staff , pet friendly and the breakfast was good

Tub did not drain so we could not shower. Beds had stains.

Room was clean, beds were okay, had some noisemakers next door no fault of the Hotel.

I had a problem with Expedia, not Comfort Inn. Expedia said check-in was 11:00 A.M., and I planned my day around that, but upon arrival I was told I could not check in until 3:00 P.M., leaving me with 4 wasted hours and no place to go. Staff was courteous and helpful, though I was a bit put off by interacting with someone on a screen (were they on the property??) versus someone at the front desk. But they were helpful, the room was fine, the breakfast was decent, and the stay was pretty pleasant.

Breakfast was very basic, coffee was good.

Very disappointed it is a disgrace to the Comfort Inn Chain. Things were cobbled together in bathroom the shower was difficult to get on, and it had a small sink with a nightstand beside it for counter. The TV wouldn't come on and had to be set to the correct HDMI setting everytime you turned it on and remote batteries were almost dead. I

Family friendly.

Was not a clean room or hotel, shower curtain had red stains on it and the carpet/flooring throughout was disgustingly dirty. Had a terrible smell of bad food and armpits throughout the whole facility. We were in a pinch and needed a room, so it gave us shelter from the rain. That’s about it.

Lipstick on a pig. We stayed at this place 5 years ago when they were just starting renovations. They pretty much just replaced the carpet with vinyl floors. The upgrades are cheap - bathrooms have indoor furniture that is already swelling from the humidity with the space being too small for toiletries; shower is mediocre; the beds are worn out; the lamps in the room look like they were brought from grandma’s house (same ones they had 5 years ago). The parking lot is shady - not very well lit, can only fit regular vehicles (no campers or trailers), and there’s always random dudes out there smoking pot. Don’t recommend staying here is you are traveling as a family (especially with young kids). The first time we stayed here we said we won’t be back. The second time we didn’t realize this was that same place until we got there - we will make sure to put this hotel on the “don’t book again” list. We’ve stayed at other Comfort Inns and Suites and this one does not meet the standard we’ve experienced in other places. Way too expensive for what they offer.

Was double charged and they reuse to refund me for their mistakes.

When I said, I forgot my noise machine in the room, was told they were going to send it over night for you! That was awesome! The Tv, cut in & out, but I guess maybe that was a sign to go to sleep!

The first room we checked in to smelled strongly like cat pee. The second room we got in to was ok but you could tell the room was damp. Our swim stuff and pool towels would not even dry being in the room. The carpet felt damp. Our tv did not work, pretty sure it was missing an HDMI cable. Definitely not worth the money I spent!!!

Very basic hotel. Seemed expensive for what it was. TV remote did not work. Bathroom was very outdated with a very short shower head. With that said, everything was clean.

Wouldn't do that again, sketchy

Not terribly “third party booking-friendly”. I chose “pay at the property” because I wasn’t sure if I was going to need to make some reservation changes. When it came time to do so, there was zero flexibility that I was able to have at other properties. The “local staff” were as helpful as they could be.
