Everything was wonderful at the Hotel! Highly recommend. Soft sheets, extremely quiet & close to everything. There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel!

The lobby, pool area, and our room was clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hallway to our room was under construction and was not cleaned up by the construction workers-even little razor blades to cut the wallpaper were left in the floor. Staff notified hotel owner. We did not eat breakfast because we left at 0400 and not hungry. We would stay at this hotel again.

It was under construction and the floor we where on had drywall and sanded walls dirty carpet in hallways and elevator rooms were numbered by masking tape

Nice clean room, bathroom was nice with walk-in shower. One thing to note, we booked a king with sofa. The description did not say that the sofa pulled out, it said 3 person max in the room. We were a little worried about this as we have 2 boys, but when we got there we found it did pull out so was perfect for us. Description needs to be updated though. The boys loved the water slides and are already asking to go back!

Great experience

Staff was super friendly, the pool area is awesome. My door broke in the morning and wouldn’t shut, called for help at 730 and they said they would see if their maintenance guy was busy. I packed all my stuff and left. I didn’t want to be in the room with door ajar or leave my things. So that sucked. Elevator is also shaky and loud. But everything else was good!

Pool or the grand kids. There renovating rooms & the workers started “pounding” at 0800 on our floor - BAD timing! Start “pounding” later in the morning, around checkout, when no one’s trying to sleep.

I purposely paid more and booked this hotel because Jamestown always has a reputation of dirty hotels and we've always had the best luck at the Fairfield. Unfortunately, it was filthy and nothing was clean besides a quick wipe in the bathroom and clean bedding. I felt uncomfortable the whole weekend and was anxious to get home. The pool is so chlorinated that it had our eyes and noses burning and our kids were coughing each night after swimming. Very disappointed this time. :(

Good, not great hotel. Beds were very comfortable, good size rooms, nice shower. Breakfast was just meh......There's only two hot options (eggs and round sausages) plus waffles to make if you're prepared to stand in line and wait. By 8:00 am, the cut-up fresh fruit and hard-boiled eggs were gone and weren't replaced by 8:30.
