Convenient to eat at the hotel.that compensated in part for the high price. Big mixup. I used Booking.com for the reservation and mistakenly made it online for a Hampton Inn in Jamestown, North Dakota. Very kind manager of the Hampton Inn there helped to resolve the problem.

Not much It is run down and being remodeled. Would have been nice to know before I got there.

Great place to stay on...

I liked the room, breakfast, and cleanliness of the facility, It wasn’t as sound proofed as it should be when you’re paying nearly $200 for one night. You could hear the ppl above stomping around and knew exactly when they went to bed and woke up. So, I didn’t get very good sleep due to that.

Room was booked by mistake for wrong night. showed up at the property booked through Expedia. I called Expedia, they said they would contact motel, and I would get a refund. Never got a refund. Never heard anymore staff was extremely rude. Would not recommend this facility at all. They said they were booked, had no rooms. Then, all of a sudden, they found a room. But charged me $45 more for the room than what I booked on Expedia.

We thought we had a wheelchair accessible room but instead we had a hearing accessible room!!! Not at all useful for a paraplegic. I booked through Expedia and then called the Hampton Inn and they assured me that we had the room requested. My wife and daughter decided to stay (I was staying with my brother) because we could not find another place in Jamestown, ND that had a room like we needed. I tried to talk to a Manager and she basically was worthless as she was not interested in listening to me. She got louder and so did I. She called the police and my wife and daughter were asked to pack and leave. They were innocent!! They finally allowed them to stay but I could not step into the hotel. Had they insisted on having my wife and daughter leave, they would have had a lawsuit against them immediately. This was our worst experience ever. Our daughter has been a paraplegic since 2003 and we have traveled lots. We will never consider staying at a Hampton Inn again. We paid nearly $700 for 4 nights and that's how we were treated.

The lady who checked us in didn't smile once. We checked into one room and the next day they made us move to another floor below. They threw out the ice pac I had in the freezer for our return trip home. We couldn't find anyone at the desk at 4 am when we checked out. We made noise but no one showed up.

Great looking hotel, very cozy and great breakfast area. Loved the fresh water available and the little store. Room could’ve been cleaner, some missed items left in room
-
Good, convenient location. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Ample parking and well-maintained premises. Nothing to dislike.
-
I asked for a first floor room because my husband is disabled veteran with a service dog and they put us on the 4th floor
