Very nice hotel - Good Location

the breakfast had lots of options. The check in staff was not friendly at all. He gave no information when handing my key. I had to ask key questions to get any answers. I booked for one price and the price at check in was $15. I wanted to ask him about it but he was rude so I didn’t bother.

Very pleased with the room, the staff & the speed of the elevator. The only negative was the bathroom sink faucet had poor water pressure, though the shower was fine. I bring it up because when I say low pressure it was low.

The staff was friendly and check in was quick. The only issue is the cleanliness of the rooms. There were some chunks of dirt on the floor and a random used towel that was still hanging on the bathroom door.

Renovations were underway but it was quiet and the breakfast and morning staff were great!

I’ve always enjoyed staying at Hampton. This stay was the exception. I had two rooms. One room didn’t have a coffee pot and was told they would check on it. A call was never returned. When we went to the front desk later that evening, was told they didn’t have another. The breakfast was not good in the morning with little variety. It really seemed like the hotel was preparing to close for some reason. Will not stay at this location again.
