Baymont by Wyndham Jamestown Conference Center & Water Park

There was mold in the showers, stains on the carpet, and there was a stuffiness to the rooms even with the air on. Breakfast was barely edible and it was an overall unenjoyable stay.

Great place to stay! Very clean property and our room was spotless! Staff was very helpful. We would for sure stay again!

The room was old and dated and had a bad smell. Lamp was corroded with rust and had a broken lamp shade. Heater A/C had a foul odor when turned on. No bathroom fan. Old, clunky pleather recliner in room was totally out of place. Truck & trailer parking was on the side near an overflowing garbage dumpster, and there was garbage and old furniture piled all along the side of the building. Paint chips everywhere, moldy caulking around tub, and toilet paper roll was mostly used. Place was a complete maze trying to find your room. The cord and plug-in for the TV looked like it had been torn out of the wall. To many negatives to list. Would not stay here again.

Nothing, they could not check us in early as we requested and they could not put us on the ground floor which we also requested. The only room available was upstairs with no elevator both my husband and I are 70 years old. Bad back bad hip bad knee not possible to climb up and down a flight of stairs. So after driving 5 hours to come in for a funeral we had to drive 5 hours home the same day as all the hotels were full. Extremely unhappy with the whole situation.

Round 2 of Baymont and still not my favorite.

We were told when we checked in the water was off and would be on soon. That is what we were told each time we checked. It was off most of the night. They continued to take in reservations as the parking lot was full by evening. The water never came back on for any length of time and they didn't seem to care. By 530 am I had enough. We checked out a day early and the consolation from the hotel was a $15 credit. We were not alone. Their parking lot was empty by 730 am on a Saturday which I noticed when we went by on our way out of town. They don't seem to think water is a necessity. It was unsanitary and they did not care. Expedia is who credited the night. Not a refund but a credit to my Expedia account. I will not prepay again. Lesson learned.

This place is pretty run down, fairly typical condition for a hotel by an interstate mostly frequented by workers. As evidenced by the concrete dust all over the flooring. Exterior as well, was shabby, not overrun with garbage, just poorly maintained. For the price, you can undoubtedly do better.

Really not impressed with place. Don't plan to stay there again unless with group that want a bar within the hotel. That was a good amenitiy and very nice place.

The bar staff was great! Also a well stocked bar.The greatest surprise was the food we ordered! The 10oz. Fillet we ordered was fantastic!

Rooms are outdated but are fine and very big. Mostly a construction worker hotel but have an amazing restaurant inside. Staff here were really good and the food was 5 star. I had the special of the night which was duck and soooo good. A little pricey but not bad and if you stay at hotel you get a 15% discount. Many outside people came to the restaurant and I see why.

They did not have room. I am not sure if my Sister really made a reservation (Alzheimers). We were late because of flight delays and weather. Ended up stopping in Sauk Centre instead.

Lost water, then the front desk guy became a smartass with me when talking to him about it, when asking when the water would be back. Then people living in there stunk up the rooms with the food they were cooking. Then the rooms had a musty smell to them, and had stains all in them.

Room had a pungent odor. Fan was noisy

They ran out of eggs and refill had to be requested by other guests. The coffee machine was not functioning , another guest went and found the lady doing the cooking and when she checked the machine was out of coffee. Hotel is definitely showing it's age,stains on hall carpets and outdated flooring and decor but the beds were comfortable. Pool area was closed, disappointing after a long day in the car.

No running water, guess there was some work going on at hotel, we were never told about issue when we checked in. After learning about issue, hotel staff said it would be handled. we had to move to another hotel around 9pm.
