Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. Ratings would have been higher if remodeling construction project not in progress.

When we checked in, we were given a room that was not cleaned. They promptly gave us a new room, but it had two queen beds, instead of the King bed we had initially reserved. The Motel is under construction, so there was no access to the hot tub or the pool.

They are remodeling at the time and brought a stand into our room while we were gone. The workers let room smelling of cigarette smoke horribly.

Pool and hot tub were out of service and not mentioned on the website as being out of service. It was under construction, but not indicated on the website that it was under construction. There was debris in the hallway that was not picked up overnight. The breakfast was great.

Good location it had a decent breakfast Not cleaning rooms when needed trash out and no towels we had to a sk for more holes in curtains not enough handicapped parking kids running around at 2am pool was remodeling thought we were going swimming

VERY disappointing stay. The hotel failed to disclose that it was under major renovation before we booked. While we understand construction happens, guests should be informed. We had to change rooms because of a strong odor and poor cleanliness, excessive humidity, and the other rooms our group booked were also very dirty. The smoke alarm beeped for over an hour during the night, had to have it removed both nights. Construction workers entered our room without notice, and most if not all amenities were unavailable. The staff was friendly and tried to help but appeared to be understaffed. Breakfast area full of flies and dirty tables. Parking lot dirty as well. Cleanliness—not the construction—was the biggest issue. Expected much better.

Not much room

Room was okay. Had to check in with someone virtually who spoke broken English. It felt like it was a scam, very strange.

For what I need it for it was good. Would have been better if the TV was working. Made for a long night without TV. Was told there was someone coming to fix it but don’t think they ever did. Will probably be back as long as the tv is working.

Great location. Great breakfast The hotel was under renovations with drywall dust everywhere. It was ok but should be noted on your website for guests to be aware.

I was concerned with evidence of ongoing construction, I should not have been! The room was very nice, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were great, and the breakfast was far beyond what is usually expected with a free breakfast. It was an excellent value and nice surprise all around. Highly recommend!!

Interesting fun place to stay

Remodel? It was a remodel war zone. Dirty, no ice machine, no pool or sauna, painting EVERYWHERE so the smell was awful, torn non-working curtains in room, dusty. You had no business charging full price for this property!

While the rooms were as clean as could be within a hotel that was almost completely under construction, it was COMPLETELY under construction and after speaking with others has been that way for years. There was construction garbage, tools, and even razor blades lining the hallways and parking lot. The pool has not been functional for several years and is used to store construction equipment, so don’t expect it to be up and running. We paid WAY too much for this place. Very disappointing.

They were in the middle of renovations and should not have had the hotel open during them. I literally had to walk across sheetrock rubble and wallpaper on the floor to get to the elevator. There was construction stuff everywhere, everything was dusty and torn apart, and then the workers were sitting in the parking lot right in front of the hotel drinking and blasting music from their car at 10pm. There wasn’t a single hallway, stairway, or entryway that was clean and in usable condition. Parking lot full of garbage, trailers, etc. Pool unavailable. If you are going to do this large of a renovation project, close the hotel. And this was also in the middle of the city hosting 16 high school softball/baseball teams for the state tournament. There are already limited places to stay, maybe this project could have waited a few weeks until the tournament was over?? Very dissatisfied with the condition of the hotel.

It was good. Liked the coffee and fresh friut. The hotel is renovating. It should NOT be hosting guests! There is a mess wherever you look. Our room had sheetrock dust everywhere. There were big chunks of tile putty all over the bathroom. Whoever is cleaning the rooms needs to step it up.
