Not much. It was cheap and I figured out why It was dirty. All of the doors looked like they had been attempted to been broke in at some point. There was no phones in the room to call the front desk if you needed anything, and they didn’t clean our room either

Nothing, left early BUGS BUGS BUGS BUGS, Door barely locked, Hotel in need of major remodel.

The staff was very helpful anytime I had a question. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, always good to have a refrigerator and microwave in your room… came in handy for my four day stay even when I had to add an extra day onto my trip they were very accommodating.

Wash clothes and towels where rough, mold in bathroom!

The staff helped when I needed new sheets and towels. When I checked in the sheets were dirty, the bed frame had white stuff all over it and boogers on the walls and the bathroom had a really bad smell. There are side tables off the bed and they were dirty dusty amd crumbs everywhere. The floors hadn't been swept. I had to go but cleaning supplies and my own bedding because it just was not clean.

Nothing Roaches, dirty sheets, dated and poorly maintained bathroom and vanity area.

nothing to add, it worked for what i needed a room and a bathroom but everything was not clean, towels dirty, on the floor next to the bed burning marks...

Location Dirty floors on room, room & front lobby smelled terrible. Dirty towels & sheets. I went & bought my own to sleep on. I don't think they use bleach. Microwave & fridge Dirty. I actually cleaned before touching anything!!

Towel were worn with holes and stained with god knows what. Bathroom was grungy with yellow lighting and black mold lined the shower and tub. Glad I brought my own blanket because the sheets and blankets were like sand paper and very worn out. The pillows were so thin they might as well hand out empty pillow cases. And don’t try to ask the front seat for anything extra. They don’t have extra pillows even tho they advertise that you can get extra pillows per request. (They just say there out) Definitely not a good area surrounded by homeless. Smells like marijuana every evening. You can see the light around your door from the outside. The advertising pictures must be from 10 years ago so don’t be fooled by that Make sure you check the mattress because we failed todo so and woke up with bite clusters all over. Although we didn’t see any bugs it left us wonder what could have been under those sheets.

The only good thing I can say is they didn't have bed bugs Stained up sheets & towels When we got there the door wouldn't even latch correctly so they had to give us another room There were drug deals all night And no coffee offered

I would have said this was a decent place to crash for festivals or events where you don’t spend a lot of time in the room. However, the last night a drunk man was walking around banging on doors and was able to GET IN OUR ROOM. The locking mechanism on our door had stopped working. We tried to close the door and secure it multiple times but it would just open with no key card. The next morning a staff member checked the door but he scanned and reset the lock before I was able to show him. It then started working and he said we must not have closed the door well enough… He didn’t listen to me at all even when I showed him that the lock inside appeared to be broken as well. Thankfully my husband was with me and I wasn’t by myself this trip or that would have been terrifying.

It was fine but definitely not good by any means for what they’re charging. Towels were damp and dirty, room smelled like cigarettes, overall not pleasant.

Our family had stayed there for about a month. Always cleaned our room, etc. Upon check out today, they go to check our room that we had cleaned everything before leaving.. they come back to tell us that they could not give us our $100 deposit due to dirty sheets!? The sheets and blankets that we received had stains and cigarette burns already.. no damages to the room, but took our money for a barbecue stain THAT COMES OUT BY BEING WASHED. We were already warned that we wouldn't get our deposit back for some ridiculous reason, didn't think it would be over a freaking stain on some cheap ass sheets!!!
