Best Western Green Tree Inn

Exceptional

I was very pleased with the hotel stay. Everything was wonderful from the location, recently updated room, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, and very comfortable bed. Even my fussy husband was impressed.

It's alright, but not what it could be. Staff was very kind, and helpful though. Made the stay worth it

An older, open to the outside location, but it was near where I needed, and have had good results with BW before. I injured myself when I sat on a defective / broken desk chair. Fell face first onto the floor. Plus- Booking.com does not acknowlege seniors, or even worse, Veterans either.

Very good location. Easy to get to Jeffersonville or Louisville. Food options very good nearby. Overall very nice experience.

Bed was full of bugs. Was told by the front desk that I be receiving a refund but that did not happen. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Nice place to stay. Unfortunately between Expedia and the property the rate actually ended up being more than originally advertised. The stay was nice so I didn't worry about bugging anyone for the 75$ difference.

Not a happy experience. Staff at check in was not helpful and the staff at check out acted bothered that she had to check me out and print a receipt. Probably because she was on her cell phone

They allowed pets. They over charge and steal from you if you book through booking.com. I paid $129 through booking.com, then the property charged me an additional 319.50 and 16.77 all for 1 night. The manager doesn't call you back. Additionally, the room was EXTREMELY outdated. The bathtub was filthy, the entire place smelled of weed, and there was a lot of commotion in the parking lot. I did not feel save and I would never stay there again.

Passable

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay , the staff was very helpful & kind when we did see them. We did miss breakfast lol we didn’t know it was breakfast however overall stay was good would come back again

Conveniently located Nothing really

It was very close to restaurant and Bass Pro Shop. It was nice to be able to walk to things. The breakfast as good and the staff was great! There was a room at that had items outside their room. Like they lived there. It was very tacky.

For starters the rooms didn't have chairs in them. The last night or other room had a smoke alarm going off all night. Contacted the front desk, they said no manager or maintenance people were there. Didn't offer to change rooms, so they had to listen to the beeping all night long. After staying there five nights, the last night was very unacceptable, there should be chairs in the room. Especially when you spend over $1,000.

An awful smell coming from all drains, floors feeling sticky (with shoes on), drain in shower broken. Hardly any parking due to everyone from the hotel next to this one was parking in this parking lot.. We left some things behind by accident, and I called to ask if said items should be shipped to me due to they’re lost and found policy they said was to keep for 30 days. Sadly, none of my items (that I know was left in the room) was found.. tells me all I need to know about a place.
