Room was clean, area appeared well lit & safe. Uneventful and no issues.

Nice building. Very nice room. Looks like it was recently refreshed. Weirdly, the floors seemed damp, way past how long it should’ve taken to dry after being mopped. The breakfast was disappointing. Eggs and biscuits were ok. Sausages tasted icky. Coffee was terrible. There was no orange juice. Cranberry juice was obviously VERY watered down. Even though it is a nice facility, it didn’t seem worth the money I paid for the room or the $40 pet fee.

The couch in the room was very firm, uncomfortable to sit on.

I did not like how front desk dealt with me when I booked and when I returned to getkey for room booked. I was not informed of a few important things when I booked and I did not like the attitude I was given when I returned to get my key for room. The staff should be little more mindful when dealing with a calm and collected Guest.

I enjoyed the updated room and breakfast area. The location is close to restaurants and shopping. When business requires me to be in the area I have enjoyed staying there multiple times

Air conditioner wpould NOT turn off at night when we were trying to sleep. Would run till the temperature was reached then shut off but fan would continue to blow the cold air. We actually put two pillows on it to stop the blowing air.

Room was clean and there were no issues. Very convenient location making it easy to get to Jeffersonville, Louisville and New Albany. I had my dog with me and we had no issues.

Staff kicked ass. Great place for a stay with your pets. Biscuits and gravy every morning. Coin-op washer and dryer for laundry. Grassy areas with waste bags for my dogs. No complaints.

Nicer than I expected from the outside.

Check in was easy, even though it was very late. The room was very clean, laminate flooring. Mattress was very comfortable. Bathroom clean with decent towels. Conditioner was even included with the toiletries. Only draw back was door seemed kinda--flimsy. You could see light coming in around the bottom and the bottom side of the door--a good half inch. This place is right next to the freeway and even with the space in the doorway, I didn't notice the traffic while I was sleeping. The staff was very friendly. If you have a dog, it is $40 extra per night and a $150 deposit, which was deposited back into my account 2 days later. Would stay there again.

I was very pleased with the hotel stay. Everything was wonderful from the location, recently updated room, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, and very comfortable bed. Even my fussy husband was impressed.

It's alright, but not what it could be. Staff was very kind, and helpful though. Made the stay worth it
