Best Western Green Tree Inn

For starters the rooms didn't have chairs in them. The last night or other room had a smoke alarm going off all night. Contacted the front desk, they said no manager or maintenance people were there. Didn't offer to change rooms, so they had to listen to the beeping all night long. After staying there five nights, the last night was very unacceptable, there should be chairs in the room. Especially when you spend over $1,000.

We left some things behind by accident, and I called to ask if said items should be shipped to me due to they’re lost and found policy they said was to keep for 30 days. Sadly, none of my items (that I know was left in the room) was found.. tells me all I need to know about a place.

Comfortable stay

The mattress needed replacing . Felt like sinking into a hole. Neighbors were up to 2:30 going in and out with a kid that had zero indoor voice. Motorcycle group also staying there reving motors. Not our best stay there. Usually good place...these were not really the hotels fault but I would think the office would hear them or see it on their security monitor that is right at the desk.

Bad service

Parking is always difficult. Sharing parking with the hotel next door makes it tough. Breakfast was good. Girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Always our first choice if rooms are available!

I liked the easy booking process. I called the facility directly since we were coming in very late and they were very accommodating. We loved the room locations and the closeness to the lobby. Continental breakfast was great!

Great place staff was very helpful. Everything was cleaned and I highly recommend There was nothing I didn’t like .

We only had one night to stay, but would readily go back. The hotel is only 3 miles from our destination (a large antiques mall, the Peddler's Mall). Nearby restaurants are also abundant within a short drive.

It’s central to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Check in staff were very friendly. They didn’t leave any coffee when they cleaned the room

Good clean hotel. Great location. Very good hot breakfast with scrambled egg, sausages, biscuits and very good gravy, juices , tea , coffee and lots more stuff. Good job keep it up. They charge me 150$ for incidentals and I don’t know how long it will take to refund me that amount.
