ok hotel

Pool was great! A little chilly but my 5 year old had a blast, which was great cause it was a rainy day there! We stayed one night! Was quiet through out the night. Definitely not a bad place cause the room was 100000%!

Cleanliness of room is most important for us. They did not disappoint. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Had trouble getting coffee in the carafes. It was cold from the previous day. I believe they were shot staffed and the young lady was hurrying as fast as she could. Otherwise, 10/10.

Great place to stay and location!

Bathroom door didn’t stay closed and would roll open. Not good for the person in the shower. Microwave need a phd to use. Breakfast ok. Took too long to make more gravy. No parking at the hotel. Had to park at another hotel. All in all it was good for the one night we stayed.

Loved it

The AC worked but had a very irritating sound associated with it running. We stayed there for 3 days and I notified staff and nothing was done. Other than that…very nice and clean for the price.

There so NO PARKING!!!! 4 FLOORS 32 ROOMS PER FL .. . 2 HANDICAP SPOTS AND 5 UPFRONT PARKING AND THEN YOU HAVE TO PARK FAR AWAY. MY HUSBAND IS HANDICAP AND HAD TO PARK WAY TO FAR AWAY ...

We had 0 complaints. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. It wasn't gourmet, it was the standard hotel chain breakfast, but everything tasted good and it was clean. Like I said 0 complaints.

Great hotel

A cleaning staff Took my medication out of the fridge It had my name on it clearly and it costs $10000 a month. The front desk clerk was no help at all and treated me very rudely. Did not call a manager did not call the cleaning staff that left for the day already. He was not concerned at all. I don't think he's cut out for that sort of job he had no empathy for my situation whatsoever. Completely blew me off and acted like it was all my fault. I had to go dumpster diving And went through 15 bags of garbage and still cannot find my medication.
