Greeting, customer service, very comfortable beds, price, no complaints That I couldn't stay longer !

Was located close to the fairgrounds where we went to see the bourbon festival. Parking was very limited TV and remote did not function very well

The room was clean, and the staff was professional. The room was a little over priced.

Front desk staff was very helpful. Travelling with two year old is an experience I had forgotten so much to remember lol. They were great!

We have stayed here a few times. It is always pleasant! Clean and well taken care of. The room we had this time did show some aging, but nothing that bothered us. It has a nice pool and fun for families! Not to bad of a price

The breakfast was very good. The parking was a bit disappointing just due to the real estate available around the property to have a parking lot commensurate with the size of the hotel. We had to park down the way in front of a motel which potentially blocked others from parking in front of where they were staying. There was a communications issue between the 3rd party vendor that ee made our reservations through and the hotel because the room that we requested was not what was told to the hotel. This is just info only for future reference. The desk manager told us it would be better to make reservations directly with them and not to work through 3rd party vendors because it ties the hands of the hotel when it comes to making any adjustments to reservations.

I am very picky when it comes to pillows and beds! They were both great, pillow soft and very comfy! I will definitely return if I am in the area.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful. The only downside is the parking. No issues with the hotel itself.

I booked a room for my wedding and when we got to the room the floor was soaking wet from a leak in the ac unit. When we went down to ask to change room or a discount. We were told “well next time don’t get married on louder than life weekend”. And that a manger was not on property so there’s nothing anyone could do.

The room was clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Only concerns, involved parking. And no handicap grips in the shower. This was our second time staying at this location. We'll probably stay again in October. Cheers

Hotel was very clean and so were the rooms. Bathroom was large. Breakfast was ok. Need more parking.

Very clean. Nice staff. Breakfast decent but not great. Not much variety and the eggs and potatoes were cold. But overall great stay and good price

The beds were clean as far as I could tell however the carpet was pretty gross. It doesnt seem like the room was cleaned well, stains on the walls and on some of the furniture and fixtures in the room. I ended up crushing what seemed to be a cockroach. I dropped a piece of bread on the carpet, a few minutes and there was about 30 or 40 ants that surrounded it. I had to keep food tightly closed and not in the open. I've never experienced that at a hotel before. I will not be staying here again.

Full amenities including a good breakfast Water would fill/splash up in our the toilet when someone flushed on upper floors. Gross!
