Had to wait hours for someone to come down and check us in,

Location was good, beds comfortable There were ROACHES! Bathroom door didn’t close and latch properly due to the handle being misaligned with the latch plate, poor housekeeping, the cooktop didn’t heat up enough to make any food, and was very confusing to use. Only good thing was the beds were comfortable.

Very clean and and spacious rooms also allowed our 2 small dogs on our stay. Definitely will stay again when in the area again. Helpful, friendly staff too!

Superb

Had a good experience. I booked at the derby inn which had false advertising because they don’t tell you in their site that the rooms on the site is really the raddison. My group and I were desperate so I found this hotel. It saved our lives. Clean, safe, and near 100s of restaurants n stores. And the price was perfect.

They give you the your sheets and stuff

I made a reservation ahead of time, but upon arrival was told there's no room for me due to overbooking. Had to find another place nearby. Don't ever book in this property.

There was nothing in the room. No trash cans at all, no soap, shampoo . There is no one at the desk for much of the time.

Everyone has been kind.

Waiting 45 minutes for staff to show up to check in at 10pm. Very rude because reservation didnt show on their computer. At 730 staff enters the room and stated it didnt show I was on their system. 9am they knock again. Later that evening at 10pmthe assistant gm rudely knocks again and stated I didnt pay so had to pay again. Several times the room key didnt work. I fixed the toilet thay ran nonstop. Figured doing it would be faster than asking the front desk. No rest so I got a room elsewhere

It was a great experience, the staff was very polite, helpful and the hotel was very clean along with being affordable. I enjoyed my stay, and I will visit again!

The rooms were clean staff always nice and supportive and it’s not bad for the price and I recommend fore extended stays

No breakfast served The room phone didn't work for calling staff. The TV was difficult to navigate through remote. Could not store under kitchenette sink because it was dirty and tools left there from installation.
