This hotel is grossly over promised/photographed online. It's in a fine location in an area close to many restaurants, shopping, etc. However, it is disgusting. My family and I traveled from another city to attend a sporting event and chose this based on price and location. NEVER again will I stay here. There were so many questionable people hanging out on the sidewalks smoking, sitting in cars smoking, watching our every move. We felt so unsafe. The whole place is filthy, the bathrooms were disgusting, the whole place smells like smoke and other various drugs. Beds are cheap mattresses on even cheaper metal frames. Incredibly cheap soap provided. There were dogs barking in rooms all around us. Additionally, almost everything had a sticker on it saying "if you feel unsafe/if you're here against your will" to let them know. Safety is great but why does that need to be on every sign? It was even on a sticker on the hand soap. There's something very nefarious going on here. It stands to reason the locals know to stay away from this place but as someone coming from out of town and just need a place to rest for the night, how are we to know? If your only options for a night is under a bridge or the Suburban, I'd take the bridge.

Location was close to Churchill Downs & airport. No breakfast was served. I could have used hangers and a coffee pot!

Wifi sucks you cannot get it without calling a number hotel provide even with that internet still sucks.Their water goes out often making an inconvenience for you if you have to get ready for work or for the day. There's people constantly arguing and physically fighting. It's dirty. You have to clean your own room. The linens are stained. You must throw your own trash away, side doors are always open making it unsafe. I can’t say that the staff is amazing. The toilet in room was broken and the microwave vent as well the blinds.I can say the staff are very friendly.

People smoking outside; looks run down. Nothing

Nothing Our room had roaches. And i had to sign a paper saying I’d be charged a large fee if it was found I smoked in our room yet apparently all the folks living in rooms there were smoking because all of our stuff smelled like smoke after only being in the room for a few hours. The attached photo was from one of the roaches I was able to step on in the bathroom. There were others… disgusting

The price was ok room was basic The hotel personnel said the only reason we got a room was someone checked out. We got to the property around 7pm and we had to wait for house keeping to clean the room. That was ok. AC was on 60. Fine. But we didnt noticed the window was opened. Traffic was loud. 2nd night we made sure the window was opened.No pans or pots for kitchette. No coffee maker in rooms

This place is very clean and the internet is very fast and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I will stay here again when I am in the area again. Thanks

It's an extended stay, if you've ever been to one then you know what I mean. Besides that, the room is a little dated and could be a little cleaner. A little noisy. Bed was comfy, pillows were small, there are two to a bed and I needed both of them for just myself.

Perhaps the worst part or anybody working remotely, or wanting to stream a moviewas the false advertising around the Internet service. They claim free 50mps wireless Internet, but the truth is they offer free LESS THAN 1MPS and a 20$ charge for 15 mps. My experience of this place is that it is worse than a motel six for the price of a midgrade motel

Convenient End of long hall

There were dog feces in the hallway that were never cleaned up. The rooms were not provided shampoo or conditioner. The rooms did not come with plates, glasses or utensils even though they had a kitchenette and were advertised as "studios." I had to depend on getting food that came with utensils. I will never stay at this establishment again.

Not bad just loud neighbors

This was not a good stay, switched towels and they were still dirty, they didnt have housekeeping, was told we gotta empty our own trash. Didnt like the environment. Front office told a guest what room we were in n he came knocking on our door talking about the kids n he didnt know i had kids so ik the office gave out my info. Office staff had kids up there. It just was a mess

I asked about cookware she said "we had issues with theft there's a goodwill behind the Walmart though I bet you can find a few things cheap like." No TV remote, so I hope we like TBS (we dont) Non-functional bathroom fan so my teenage daughter took down the mirror and still hid around the corner so she couldn't see her dad naked because without an open door the bathroom was wet in less than 10 minutes. We left our clothes outside the door too. They have no turn down service. At all. You take your dirty stuff to the front, if they have linens available they replace them then, if not I guess youre screwed because they won't put em in your room while youre gone and their desk is closed after 9 pm. Coffee? Yea thats mythical in this place. No pot in the room none provided at the desk. Can't cook so we said well the fridge and freezer work there is a microwave and went to Walmart fruit, salad stuff, some frozen meals (feeding 3) drinks and 118 dollars later we put edible stuff in the room that should have lasted. It didn't. The fridge went out Friday. We noticed it wasn't as cold Saturday complained to no avail, Sunday it was warm everything was thawed the strawberries molded the dressing spoiled. Complained. The didn't fix the fridge they replaced it left a mess of cardboard and Styrofoam in the room. And didn't even remove the Styrofoam crate from under the new fridge. Promised to comp one night, didn't never could get a receipt.

Great location to travel to and from Louisville fairgrounds. Plenty of food and shopping options in the area. The place is currently under remodel. Our room was a "remodel ". Newer beds, tables and bathroom. However our kitchenette was something to be desired. There was no coffee pot, no cookware nor eatery (as described provided), and the stove top did not work. Very disappointing when you're staying there for 5 nights. The exercise room was also unable as they were using it for storage.
