I do like home 2 suites. I try to use them when I travel. This one disappointed me. Hotel itself met my expectations. Our room was another story. Immediately after walking in there was water on the floor coming from the refrigerator, then walking to air conditioner the carpet was very wet. Then we found several dead bugs. One on the floor the other on the chair.

We enjoy the staff and hotel ! These Hotel was Good not great, staff was occupied with other matters! Not the best customer service! Faucet in bathroom in room 213 was very loose and almost falling off, we did inform the fro threat as we check out ! Breakfast was ok not like other Home 2’s The bed was very comfortable and clean !!! 2-10-26

The room was well appointed with a small kitchen, which was nice. The desk staff was super helpful. Can’t comment on the pool, as I didn’t use it. I was disappointed overall with the room on a whole.

There was black mold heavily in room 134 bathroom. Room had extreme musty smell.
