Very happy with our stay. Property was clean and updated, but could use a few small repairs. AC worked well, bed and pillows were comfortable. Complimentary coffee, muffins, and fruit available at all times. Nice selection for breakfast. Staff members were polite, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Out of most hot breakfast items an hour before breakfast was to end. Outside seating area was dirty and not well maintained. Room had a loose toilet seat and broken door stop in the bathroom. Front desk staff was pleasant at check in.

Outside tables were dirty. Staff did clean them after being asked.

Our room that we prepaid for was sold out because it was overbooked. We had to purchase an additional room to accommodate our party.

The hotel was very attractive. Check-in went quickly and very smoothly. The room was a very generous size and came equipped with a kitchen area. The kitchen included a full size microwave, a dishwasher, coffee maker and an apartment size refrigerator.

The room was run down and dreary looking. They must be trying to cover something up because the smell of deodorizer was overwhelming. We had to check out and find another place to stay. My allergies were going crazy in that room. The front desk guy was very nice and understanding about the situation.

It was clean and staff was friendly.

The breakfast was great. The area could have been bigger to accommodate guest better, however it worked! Room was clean and spacious for what was needed.

We had never stayed at this hotel chain before. It was wonderful! The kitchen in the room was outstanding. If we needed a hotel for an extended stay, this would be a top choice! This hotel specifically was over booked and gave us an amazing deal for having to downgrade to a smaller room. We were very happy with our stay!

Breakfast was nothing to brag about. Waffles were good... everything else was meh.

The only “surprise” was getting a “gift bag” at check in with 1 small bottle of water and 1 candy… There should have been at least 2 for the adults that were in the room? Everything else was wonderful!

Cleanliness It was older with outdated decor. The breakfast eggs and meats were cold and there was no microwave to heat the food.

The beds were TERRIBLE! They were cheap mattresses put on top of metal frames vs real support from the frame. You rolled to the middle of the bed! I ended up sleeping on the pull put couch. 😡 confirmed w my coworkers their beds were set up the same way. Would NOT stay here again given the chance.

Location ok The rooms were not clean. One room the sink was not cleaned and could not get it cleaned until the next day. Only stayed one night. The other room the floor was dirty and I wiped it up myself. The bathroom counter and wall had something red on it. I cleaned it up myself. The carpet was not vacuumed well and there were wrappers under the stool when it was moved. The refrigerator was dirty. I would not stay there again.
