Best Western Plus Jekyll Island

We had a good 3 night stay in our mini vacay for the 4th!

The staff was super friendly and the location was very clean.

Not direct access to the each!!! It's a 2 minute drive and across from the beach. It is a very old hotel that they try their best to keep up and keep clean. Staff very friendly.

Clean room and super friendly staff. It would have been nice to have a few more options for breakfast but for the price, no complaining here. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back for sure!!!

The room was exceptionally large and the beds were comfortable. We got to breakfast at 9, it closed at 9:30. There was hardly anything left. The tables were all dirty. We didn’t see anyone working for quite a while. My husband had to ask for several things that were out such as creamer, butter and cream cheese. The yogurt machine was completely empty. Room was very overpriced. Paid $275 on 7/3/26.

We had the most pleasant experience while staying here. The rooms were clean, the manager and staff were pleasant and helpful and the pool was amazing. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

I have been staying at this property since it was the Seafarer. Jesse, the front desk clerk, was great. She was very helpful and nice. The water pressure in the shower was poor. The water was hot though. In one of the bedrooms in our room, you controlled the light and the fan by remote. The light would come on and off randomly throughout the night. It was like another remote control was controlling it. The pool was clean and smelled of chlorine, which is a good thing. The breakfast was good. However, the kitchen staff would wait until items were empty before they refilled. This happened two of the three mornings I ate there. The sausage was all gone, and they waited until it was gone to cook another batch, which took 5 to 7 minutes. Same thing with the eggs. I understand for health reasons they cannot keep all this food made, and just sitting out. When I walked in, it was standing room only. The place was packed. There were nine of us waiting for sausage and eggs. I feel like with that many people in the room, a safe bet would be to keep food cooking. There were no bagels kept out. I would also suggest putting the waffle maker at the end of the counter where the coffee is. Having it back there in the corner, made it very difficult for waffle making to happen. Housekeeping did not come unless you asked for it which was fine. I did have to get my own towels. There were five people in the room and five sets of towels were provided initially.

Any problem we had with the room the manager took care of. The location was great. The pool and all outdoor areas were kept clean. We will definitely stay there again.

I was charged alot of different fees plus a tip they took out after my stay i knew nothing about. My room had dirt and food in it apon arrival when my daughter pulled the sofa bed out to sleep was crushed cheetos in it. Two of our tvs didn't work right but mainly upset over the charges for the stay. After already paying over 500 for 2 nights alone that was upsetting..probably never stay there again ive been to jekyll a ton and usually never have a problem with stuff like this. Just be aware

The pool was nice. The patio was awesome Breakfast was sub-par and organized horribly. The facility is dated, it is not on beach side but is comparably priced. Parking is not very good, and none of the staff interacted with me at all, or anyone else that I noticed
