TownePlace Suites by Marriott - Des Moines Urbandale

No water pressure in the bathroom sink. Light bulbs burnt out and not replaced. Stove fan not working. Otherwise a comfortable spacious room. The breakfast is fantastic.

We spent a night here with 2 adults and 3 children-we had a suite which consisted of a small kitchenette and living room as well as 2 bedrooms. The space was fantastic and we loved the layout of the suite! The hotel was in a nice location and was a great stay. We did feel things could have been a little cleaner and we were bummed out to see the hot tub closed as well as finding weird bits of stuff floating in the pool. Outside of some minor touch ups with cleaning, we enjoyed this stay!!!

I was less enthused about the small bathroom vanity separated from the bath/toilet area. That's just my personal preference.

Front desk was really helpful and so nice, room was clean, hallways and everything in hotel were clean! Beds were so nice to sleep in and the place was quiet.

This is a very nice hotel. Room had a kitchenette and was very good sized. The complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The staff was attentive and friendly. Pool was kept up! We look forward to staying again!

I loved being able to book a 2 bedroom suite. The room seemed freshly remodeled. The overall look of the lobby, hallways and suite was impressive. Unfortunately, there was definitely a lack of attention to some details. In the freshly tiled bathroom, there was leftover grout all over the tiles. There were no hooks or a towel bar in the bathroom or sink area. The bed was very comfortable but the sheets were scratchy. The breakfast was decent. The front desk staff was amazing! For what we paid, I would recommend this hotel, even knowing that some things still need improving.

This was a great stay! we didn't know it was their reopening but i'm glad we chose this hotel, Everything was so clean! My family loved the space we had in the two room suite. The pool was really nice and there were a lot of options for breakfast. I'll definitely stay here again.

Very clean and refreeshing! Everything was wonderful!

The room size was excellent, but we did get an oversized room. That was well worth it, too.

Reasonable space, clean and neat, bed comfortable. Bathroom was small and may need updating.
