Everything was excellent all around.

Staff were friendly, breakfast had option but thing ran out quick and they were slow to refill. Room was dirty- couch had trash in it, cushion stained/wet and they forgot to put back on the shower curtain.

Overall good experience. Gym equipment needs to be replaced but overall enjoyed my stay.

Quick an easy checkin was able to do early check in which was helpful after a long trip. Pool an slide were amazing with adults an kids. Breakfast is great

The first night the Hotel and surrounding had a planned electric outage which we were not told about when we checked in, there was no emails or signs posted. We were without electricity for over 10- 12 hours. There were minor things I will not get into. The manager is supposed to start a compensation report so she said, we will see. Will not stay here again

A power outage left the hotel poorly lit with no back up emergency lights in the hallways or stairwells

The staff was nice and breakfast was good. They seemed to be having some sort of towel shortage. They ran out of both pool and regular towels one evening. My kid had to drip his way freezing thru the hotel then use hand towels to dry off after his shower. We asked for more the next morning & they still hadn’t arrived 9 hours later when we returned. Had to send son down to get them again. It was a bit ridiculous. Otherwise it was mostly good. Pool was small and over-crowded (25+ people) but that’s not really in their control.

This hotel is isn’t great. Nice online but actually very dirty and just overrun. Wouldn’t stay again especially for the price.

Staff is absolutely amazing and great location hotel needs touch ups but will definitely stay again and the breakfast staff and front desk staff are truly amazing people.

The front desk attendant when we arrived was super friendly and helpful. The room was good. The pool was fun but it wasn’t opened at 8:00am as they stated. Our cards wouldn’t work to enter the pool. We loved the location and breakfast.

Location I would liked notification at booking or upon check in that the waterside wasnt open and running. I had some disappointed grandchildren. The entire reason we booked there was the waterside.

Rooms were clean, pool was great, slide was awesome. Breakfast was mediocre.
