Great hotel.

The room is clean. We got clean towels every day. The breakfast selection is very good and the retail stores were more than adequate. We stayed 7 days. The friendly staff made us feel at home. That was welcoming because we had rented a cabin in Drake that had no air conditioning with a temperature of 102 degrees. The dining buffet was clean, well kept and the warming trays were kept full by a wonderful sweet lady. Cait, our Cavapoo was loved by all the staff and travelers.

The lobby/brealfast area needs a good deep clean of the carpets. The person at check-in has lost the meaning of "hospitality" industry. She/they were... fine but not what I'd call friendly. Breakfast was basic but good and we appreciated that it started at 6am as we had to be at a meeting at 7am. Room was clean, bed was comfy, apprecited lots of pillows. It's all just a little dated and bit worn. Given the great numbers of other horel options in the area, I will stay elsewhere mext time I need to overnight in Loveland.

I liked that the place was not far from where I had to attend the ceremony, the area where the hotel is located was nice, and the hotel personnel were friendly. The price for one night at this hotel was too high when purchased through booking.com. My friend paid way less than I paid by purchasing it directly from Hilton.

The spa was closed for repairs, which didn't really matter to me, but its more indicative of the poor condition of the facility. At check in, the person behind the desk was on her tablet and couldn't be bothered to stand or greet us in an appropriate manner. When she did stand, it was only to retrieve our check-in documents from the printer. I was thoroughly unimpressed with her rude behavior. I will certainly not stay at this particular facility again and encourage others to do the same. In fact, this hotel doesn't meet any standard of this chain. It was terrible.
