The girl at the front was so kind and welcoming! Very clean hotel. Nice room especially for pet friendly. Still super clean. Breakfast was the best and cleanest continental breakfast that I've ever seen!

We booked this room well in advance. Check in was supposed to be at 3 but they didn't have our rooms ready until 445. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because there was a pool and hot tub. The hot tub was completely drained. The pool is advertised as heated but was very cold. We used it once, went back the next day and it was shut down. Super disappointing for the kids. Kitchen staff was great!

The only light source in our bathroom flickered horribly and we had to just not use it, this should have been caught and reported by cleaners and addressed by maintenance. There is carpet directly under the only bathroom sink was old-school and felt damp. Ick. Bathroom sink handle was reversed for the industry standard direction of hot and cold which was weird and made us think no hot water. Would avoid, There are many other hotels in the area.

I have thought I paid for everything in this stay. I got a $70 dollars charge on my account without no explanation. I'm about to call them sometime today.

Old beat up furniture inside the room floors were all cracked up and needed to be replaced for better for $400 dollars a night I would have expected better I stayed at this place six years ago and it was a great place to stay this is why I recommend it to my niece and other friends and relatives.

Hard to believe such a dump has Marriott on their sign but I guess that’s late stage capitalism for you. We stayed for 4 days and our room was not cleaned once. The pool was ok…for my child but the hot tub looked quite radioactive. The towels and sheets were…not completely filthy but not exactly clean either. Also our door would only lock if we pushed/pulled it very hard. In addition, charging a daily parking fee at a hotel located in the middle of nowhere is highway robbery. This is what a hotel with no competition in the area looks like.

Great stay friendly staff.

The staff was helpful, but she was on her own and it was busy. Our room smelled AWFUL at check in, and there was dirty bedding for the sleeper sofa.
-
Very clean, good breakfast in the morning Not much
-
My only reason for rating the hotel less than excellent as that the breakfast food and coffee ran low/out on two of my three days there, but the staff worked together for it to be replenished.
-
We have stayed at your Residence Inn in the fall of 2025 and never had issues concerning folks smoking pot on property. on

Breakfast was good. Hot tub was out of commission so that was a bummer. Staff was great.
-
Note: Bring your own towels and pillows. There is shopping and dining very close.
-

If you are allergic to dog hair I don’t recommend staying there they can do better, the couch was full of dog hairs so disgusting we let the front desk know , the wall in the bathroom had dried poop so gross and the fridge had an old water pitcher with water, they didn’t clean that room good.
