All in all it was very good. That being said, it was rather disappointing that the restaurant /lounge was not open on a Saturday.

Staff was very responsive when I asked for items. Three distinct things were very much a turnoff. First tissue pulled from box was the last, little bottle of lotion had been opened and used, bathroom counter gritty. The baseboard near the table was coming apart from the wall.. The worst was when my daughter discovered the peephole in the door had been turned around so she could see straight into the room! Be warned!

Deserves a minus not a Plus

Arrive to fond caution tape around the pool and the rest is not open on Sun/Mon.

We came out there for my niece graduation. We were surprised that the dining area was closed there was no where to eat. And the where short staffed. Disappointed for sure.

Enjoyed was a nice friendly place .

beds and the rooms need updating, doesn’t look like photos, over priced

My room was not very clean and there was a bar of soap in shower from previous guest. Beds are sagging in the middle. Outside of property very clean and pool was nice.

The property has a very nice setting. Could be a great place, but lacks maintenance. The outside chairs were all dirty needed some new cushions etc. The room was good and I think clean. It is not a $150. Hotel. The bar was ok not great.

Booked a room last minute after our original plan fell through due to a dirty room. It was a quick check in and the gal

Disgusting

Pretty nice except inaccessible exit to west bound street

Two day stay, all was good.

Disappointed the pool was closed. The room wasnt the cleanest. Breakfast was good. Couldn't locate a cart to checkout because they let people take them to their rooms and keep them. Didn't allow us more time to checkout while our car was in the mechanic shop. So we had to just sit in the lobby

Clean , wonderful views, great breakfast! We could hear the room beside us, man coughing. No hot tub.

Poor management and terrible policy.

First of all the the pool was so cloudy I did not know what kind of skin irritation that I was.going to walk away with. And that was nothing compared to the debacle that took place in the bar. One employee had to run the whole bar. She was buried up to her neck and she mentioned to us that she has never bartended before it was her second night there. Every Margarita I had obviously tasted different. The lady at the front desk had to come in and help her out just to keep up. Then with a little bit that the menu even offered half of selections were not available. At first there was no buns only bread then they ran out of hamburger so I was forced to get get there so-called steak that cost me 30 bucks that was all stuff you didn't want to swallow. Then I was given a 10% card from the front desk that was not applied to the overall bill. Was more than disappointed

The property is in need of an update. While the lobby and breakfast areas were ok, the front desk/registration area and our guest room are very dated. Our guest room was especially in need of an update. Beds were comfortable but carpet was old and very thin, a/c unit was very loud - all just very dated. Didn't use any of the amenities except for breakfast - which was very good. Was a bit concerned about safety as the doors to the outside from the guest room hallways were not locked. And the guest room doors still have the old chain lock which can be broken. I think the hotel should really look at this and putting in key locks for those doors. Staff was friendly.

I slept on the fold out and asked about bedding before going to the room. She said to come back if it wasn’t in the room but I was too tired so the first night I didn’t have enough blankets.
