Staff was horrible, rooms smelled, towels were not clean nor was the pool. Very disappointed with our stay and I paid for three rooms and really wish I could get my money back.

It’s fine place to stop on your way, to refresh and clean. Staff is really helpful, not very clingy, room is clean and all that

Breakfast was kind of Small did not have many choices only dry cereal toaster bagel or muffin coffee was good though. Maybe pancakes or waffles and some fruit would make this a better small breakfast Carpeting and hallway could have been cleaner my toilet seat was loose and there wasn’t much for breakfast

The breakfast

This was horrible. The sink faucet was hardly working. Walked in the room and smelt like cigarettes, now everything I own smells like cigarettes. There was mold behind the tv stand. The microwave didn’t even work. The refrigerator hardly worked. There was a huge crack in the ceiling, I thought a tub was going to fall through. The hotel door wouldn’t even close when you walked out or in.

The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable! The lobby and hallways were dingy and poorly lit. The breakfast was not much either and we ended up going out to eat.

The room was clean but had a musty smell. I had to get my own cleaning supplies and fix that and while I was at it i sanitized the room as a whole. The hallways smelled bad and were hot and humid and you could tell that the floors haven’t been cleaned in a while. They are in dire need of air conditioning and carpet cleaning. The breakfast was horrible and the milk was spoiled. The parking area was actually cleaner than the hotel and the elevator needs a deep cleaning as well. No bed bugs or roaches though so it’s ok, but not work the prices they are charging. The doors also are flimsy and lack security so I had to lift up on my door to latch the deadbolt. Would not recommend unless you have nowhere else to go.

My room was basic except for the huge leak over the toilet...i could only stand over the toilet.

I had to cancel right as I walked in - for the building to be "non smoking" it reeked for smoke.

Clean and no bugs quick check in nice pool breakfast was free so no complaints wish it was a lil more options but it’s okay you will definitely find something to eat and the location is perfect for fun right by the mall and places u can eat and the movies is right here as well the staff were very nice and helpful as well definitely coming back
