The stay was horrible and it was so nasty in the hallways we didn't even want to stay but we had no choice and they asked for a 100 $ deposit after we already paid for the time we were going be there and we didn't get the room that we asked for so never again will i stay there never.

The pool was cold(supposed to be heated). The hot tub jets didn’t turn on and it wasn’t hot, more like warm bath water. The whole pool area sort of had a pee smell to it. When booking it says breakfast included and there was NO breakfast, just coffee. I would have stayed elsewhere especially since my kids wanted breakfast and a nice pool. Room had hair balls and things on the floor when we checked in.

The room was well maintained but there was an issue with the elevator which limited the use to 3 people. This made it "interesting" to navigate with some large family groups in the hotel at the time of the stay.

The tv remote wouldn’t work, went to the desk and she didn’t know what to do, gave us two batteries and it didn’t help, half the time the tv wasn’t connecting to the network. Coffee pods in the room but no coffee maker, went straight to the desk on that one because the deposit was if something missing you don’t get the deposit back. Not that we were using the kitchen part, but there were no pans yet it had an induction stove top, along with no coffee maker. The one side door is broken and doesn’t lock, so anybody can walk in. There were three males, late teen, early twenties, came in that door as I entered our room, they were jiggling door handles as they walked down the hall. I went to close the drapes and noticed they walked out and walked over to the next hotel, checking car doors as they crossed the lots. The pool was dirty looking and guests leaving saying it was dirty and nasty as they dried off. We checked and the hot tub was ice cold and cloudy. The pool had these pellet pieces on the bottom that were like dissolving and of brown nature. It was gross. For the price of the room, it was so well not worth it. They charge like a 4 star but more like a 2 star place.

The room was clean, linen was clean. Staff friendly. The hot tub was like warm at best, jets didn't work. There was green algae floating on the top of the water. The corners of the deck near the hot tub was slimy & dirty. The shower had no hot water. The hotel advertised free breakfast, there was no breakfast. The air filter was caked in black dust.

This hotel has been updated so it’s clean. The room itself was good, it had a kitchenette in it and it appeared new. I had a few problems with the thermostat and door lock but they were addressed right away. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It’s located with many restaurants, stores, etc around it.

NO towels in the room or the pool area, no bedding for the pull out couch we paid extra for. Hot tub did not work They double charged me had to wait a week to get my money back. Require a $100 deposit, which is fine, but was told if I wanted it returned I had to SPECIFICALY ASK for it!?! Can't have more than 3 people on the elevator per the signs posted because it can't handle the weight so my family of 4 had to go up in batches. People living there hanging out in the lobby as if it was their living room in pajamas, bonnets and bare feet! Place is run down and trashy. Spend your money elsewhere! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would.

Loud stomping all night, knocking on door all night waking us up and running hallways
-
Room was dirty and sheets appeared to have blood on them. Door lock didn’t work. You could walk right in. Fortunately the staff processed my refund without hassle.

Their hotel while I was out of town and couldn’t resolve it until I got home. Will never stay here .

Old run down place with a remodel, just good for a quick stop but not wearth what I spent. No free breakfast, room was ok no hot water for morning showers it was warm at best...

Fair price for a room with a full refrigerator, microwave, sink and dishwasher. The staff left bags of dirty laundry in the hall. The guests with dogs made no effort to keep them quiet late into the night. I’m a dog person but these dogs were really annoying. I won’t stay there again unless I really need the kitchenette.

Kitchenette Elevator not working NO breakfast

N/A Nothing because we will not be back! This places has an old smell. Plus to many weird people walking around leaving room doors open. Also, how they charge my card 5 x for two room. Then next day plus another $167 more than the actual amount for the room. Total of a 993.00 charge my card got some where we didn’t end up staying at. Horrible!!

Nothing I booked this room with a pool and hot tub for my family to use. The pool was closed because "stuff" was floating on top of the water. The jets on the hot tub didn't work. Instead of closing the pool room, guests were told they could use the hot tub, just without jets, (which is like sitting in a bath with strangers). There was hair in the shower in my room from someone else, dust and webs on the lamps, and visible dirt on the curtains. The elevator was old, and needed repair, and the hallway smelled of cigarettes and marijuana smoke, even though they were all non smoking rooms. The woman who checked me in at the front desk was not there when I walked in, but outside smoking and hanging out with other people. I wanted to leave, but already paid via booking.com and would not have gotten a refund. We were not told about breakfast, even though it was advertised on booking.com.
