Elevator button has been broken for months. Pretty inconvenient to have to call the front desk every time I need to go down stairs. Or have to take the stairs.

Booked online they said once we got there to check in that they realized they had overbooked us and did not have a suite for us, we had to pretty much beg for a room. They wanted us to buy two regular rooms at regular price and not the pric We paid online through Hotels.com and they didn’t want to give us a suite but after two hours, we finally got to have our room once we got in there. It was full of mold you could smell it in the air. Management was rude on the phone because the staff did not know how to handle the situation. It was just kind of a hot mess. We finally got into bed at 1 AM.

The location was close to where we was going. The staff was friendly The bed wasn't good. The breakfast was ok. Had to keep getting my room key activated

The best holiday inn off my life, the manager is the number 1, and the front desk Auriann is awesome

Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is good. Only complaint was the chips in the tub.
