Awesome stay, staff was great ! Clean, would definitely stay there again.

It’s just a room,not much different than any other motel room, yes it has an electric range to cook on, but the Ventahood just blows back into the room. My biggest complaint is when you make reservations in advance for a specific type room, but that room is not available when you go to check-in. Personally I’ll just spend a little more money and stick with the Marriott line of hotels. They are much more comfortable and relaxing.

Location

While the room appeared clean overall, there was a noticeable mildew smell, and the restroom had a tobacco odor. Additionally, the bathtub had a black ring around the drain area. In the future, I would prefer to trust my instincts and pay a little more for accommodations elsewhere.

Staff has been amazing, will be our go to hotel out there.

Front desk staff, very helpful. Room clean and very nice. I already know the area, live locally. Staying due to fire at my property, needed a place to stay, decided this property had what I wanted

Wasn't to sure when we first walked in. Lobby wasn't very inviting. Hallways smelled very musky/smokey. When we walked into the room, we were very impressed. Great kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom was very clean as well. Pillows weren't that great. Other than a dog barking in another room, it was very quiet.

Our stay was for 2 nights. We had to change rooms due to key not working then into a uncleaned room finally the 3rd was ok. The gap on the front door didn’t make us comfortable, you could literally look into the room and us to the hall The rooms smelled as if people had smoked in them and all spray housekeeping uses is too much.,To suppress the smell. We asked for toilet paper never received any. So we went out to buy our own😡 the young lady housekeeper didn’t seem to want to help by any means after asking her 3xs for some. All in all bad experience

The staff is truly what made this stay. They went above and beyond every single day and made us feel completely at home the entire time. We stayed for almost a month for work, and they were so accommodating with everything—cleaning schedules, timing, even checkout—literally anything we needed, they made it happen. I was in the room pretty much every day while my partner worked and i was perfectly comfortable, but it was really the staff that made the experience. It’s definitely not a luxury-style stay, and there aren’t a lot of extra amenities like a pool or upgraded features, but it still had everything we needed!!

The staff and bed was awesome!! The interior security door didn’t latch. My room was at the end of the hall by the exit door.

We want to thank Risewell’s staff for making our experience staying there for a week a great one for our family of 4 including 2 , 8 year olds. All staff was very helpful and friendly and room was extremely clean. Near to everything from grocery store to fast food and sit down restaurants, including a park close by for the kiddos to play. Would recommend Risewell, 10 out of 10. Thanks again for your hospitality.

The room was spotless. no frills, no pool or breakfast but the great bed and nice smelling towels make up for that. Plus my room had a nice little kitchen, 2 burner stove, microwave, and small full refrigerator. Good tv, happy staff. The price was great, I will be staying there again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms

The staff was great but there was a constant weird mixed food smell that wasn’t great. The place need some upgrades in the bathroom ( mold spots/ caulking overage around the tub)
