Also, the pool water was green and all the pool chairs were covered in bird poop. The bathroom floors had long, black hairs, it didn't look like it had been cleaned properly. The coffee was great, the breakfast was good.

The whole staff was very courteous and friendly. We didn't go down for breakfast. The hotel was very clean.

Hotel was appeared clean but room had a musty smell and breakfast was not appetizing at all.

We really enjoyed our stay. Yamani was so helpful and cheerful. She added to our wonderful time. Breakfast was great. The property was nice and clean. Definitely staying here again.

Our stay was not a happy one. We were there for my mother's funeral. The staff was very nice and offered their condolences. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. We booked a 1 King bed which came with a high mattress, being a short woman I had trouble getting into bed. The Hotel was at a great location with a nice variety of restaurants to choose from.

I love their fancy coffee machine that makes all the cool coffees. The only negative was the bathroom. Somehow I got a handicap room with roll in shower at end of hall. Took water 15 minutes to get hot and by then the whole bathroom was flooded and smelled like mold.

Had to plunge our own toilet an go get plunger...was an act of cogress to get extra blankets for pull out bed...the heater an a/c didnt work....an wouldn't even give us a laye check out.....hotel was empty only 2 other cars in parking lot....will not be going back there ever....

Breakfast was hot and good by 6:00am I was surprised. At the time to check in and check out was fast.

Great staff, comfortable room. Breakfast was slim and closed by 9am even on the weekend. Great anytime coffee feature in the lobby. Close to everything we came for.
