The room was great…. The only thing is that the door was very hard to open… had to put your shoulder into it to open and then push with all your mite to close it from inside.

Pleasant stay. Staff were good and room was clean and comfortable.

Tile floors in bathroom and foyer are extremely slippery and dangerous as is the floor in the shower. Need nonslip rubber mat for bottom of shower and different non slip tiles. This is a real danger, leading to a serious accident and possible legal action

We were in town for our Grandpa's funeral and were not able to check into our room until close to 7:00. The woman at the front desk was not apologetic at all and only kept repeating that she just got there.. We were lucky to have family also in the hotel to put our bags away and decompress after travel. To top it off the bathrooms were disgusting. I truly believe that a murder happened in our bathroom and it was not cleaned properly. Took pictures and seriously tried calling a forensic hotline.

Didn't like the huge crack in the window glass. Didn't like AC rattling all night. Didn't like the large amount of mildew (black and red) in the shower. Refrigerator cooling panel was barely hanging on to the back of the fridge. TV worked in the morning but not at night. Water pressure in shower very inconsistent. Bathroom floor was anything but clean. On the bright side, bed was comfy.

Rooms seemed to be not well maintained, toilet was leaking from the back, and the walls has stains, do not know if they were stains that could not be removed or just never cleaned.
