The staff were very mindful but the room I was in wasn't clean.

It’s not a bad place to stay, but at the price, don’t expect the Hilton. The bed was ok, the room was clean

We didn’t realize that we had a ADA smoking room, and that made the experience marginal. I thought our profile specifically said no smoking rooms. Check-in took a LONG time, but there were several ahead of us - even at 10 PM

Room was clean and spacious. Check in staff was friendly and made suggestions for places to eat and visit. Plenty of stores and restaurants close by. Would go back again and recommend

The check in was easy, we did walk into the room and we saw a small cockroach. Only stayed for 1 night. It was good overall with all amenities

The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. They got me in a room right away before it even had clean blankets and understood the dilemma I was in. They brought in clean blankets ad soon as they came out of the dryer they were still warm

Location It like run down the rooms floor was messed up and other stuff

The room smelled like a wet ashtray and the flooring head giant cracks in many places took me 30 minutes just to get checked in

The sheets and bed was clean so that was a plus.

Service of the ladies at the front desk was very good, very polite and helpful The rooms were dirty, there was a bad smell, and we found cockroaches in 2 of the rooms. I requested 3 non smoking rooms and one of them was smelling strongly to smoke that it was coming from the halls. Rooms were reserved for me and my family with one of them leaving without staying because of the conditions of the rooms.

They overbooked our queen room and put us in a single bed. In two rooms. Absolutely no amenities, no bed cover- only sheets, awful stay.

Microwave is rusty and way too small. The room has old tv no digital or HD, The worst part is no comforter. There was thin blanket and I have to go buy a thiick comforter. As all the rooms are pets allowed, if you are allergic to per hair etc dont even think in staying in here.

I got in late, about 1:30am. I called when I got to the facility from the phone at the front and someone came and checked me in in minutes even at that hour. Room was clean and tidy. Had all the amenities for a long stay. If you plan to cook you with need your own pot, plates and cutlery. I would recommend
