Quality Inn Junction City - Near Fort Riley

The first room had terrible mold, we couldn’t be in there for longer than 10 mins without feeling sick. In The second room they provided us we couldn’t sleep well because the ACs fan was loose or something. Mad loud noise all night

It’s was good for us.

It was okay, but I didn't eat anything. Coffee also was good and available in the early morning hours. Sometimes the side doors would not unlock so would have to go to the front. Room was a little tight, but had 2 beds that were very comfortable. I would of liked a bigger TV, but it was okay.

Rooms smelled musty or moldy. Smell permeated clothes in luggage. Price was right and good location with friendly helpful staff. No elevator.

Location and cleanliness.

There were men hanging out in parking lot and drinking. No where to walk pets. Trash around property.

I paid for 4 days, stayed for 1, and they won't refund the money.

Clean and good stuff

Property was ok, some things needed repairs. Breakfast area was small. Biscuits and gravy and waffles, plus some continental fare - no eggs or sausage for breakfast.

Clean and comfortable, friendly workers, the front desk was very helpful and when I had questions, they had the answers. Your Inn was only a few blocks from where I needed to be; St. Xavier’s and my friends house. I would like to leave kudos for Bantu; a quality asset, and an all around young man; very inpresstional young man. Everything was good but had a problem with the internet.

The price was affordable The toilet in room 101 was not properly set and rocked when sitting on it leaked from underneath when flushed the bathroom had urine stained grout in the tile floor. Staff did not fix the issue while we were there nor did they offer a different room

Beds were comfortable Online it said on weekends the breakfast lasted until 10:00 am… went down there at 9:02 am and it was already being taken down

This motel has no elevator! Could be a major problem for some folks. Only 2 floors but if you are on floor 2, it’s stairs all the way. Ice maker not working on floor 2. Would be considerate to notify guests before they get upstairs then have to return for ice. Very difficult to communicate with desk clerk who has heavy accent. No Wi-Fi? Not sure never found the password.

After booking and calling to ask for at least one of our two rooms to be downstairs as one in our party was disabled, I was told 1st come 1st serve and it couldn't be held for us. I didn't understand that as they weren't being just held, they were prepaid. However, when we got there, the employee on duty gave us both rooms on the main floor and was very pleasant and helpful. We really appreciated it. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and door card worked perfectly each time. We stayed in several Quality Inn's this trip, this one was the cleanest and best updated. We appreciate you!
