For $130, I would expect the room to be clean. Bathroom had alot of water damage under the sink on the wall same for around the bath. Sink faucet moved completly over when we turned it on and off. Breakfast was ok, but bread products were definitely not fresh.

The place was clean and in good condition. My only complaint is the website advertised a hot tub, which is why I choose this location, but there was none. It had been filled in for sometime but nothing is updated to clarify that.

there was nothing wrong with the hotel. it was just older and needed updated

The staff was great. The free breakfast was okay and our room was great except for a musty smell.

Our first room on the main floor had several issues right away. One of the beds had a stain and a hair on it. While I initially planned to just use the other bed, I noticed the window lock was completely broken off. Traveling with my daughter, this felt like a major safety concern. Additionally, the room remained incredibly humid even after running the AC. I went to the front desk to request a room change, and the staff could not have been nicer. They immediately moved us to a new room. However, the second room also had maintenance flaws—the deadbolt was missing a screw, and the toilet seat looked damaged, likely from using the wrong type of harsh chemical cleaner. Overall, the customer service here is great and the staff is very accommodating, but the hotel itself is currently below standard. I have stayed at this location several times in the past, but unfortunately, this recent stay was by far the worst. Our first room on the main floor had several issues right away. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff extremely friendly.

The scrambled eggs were really gross the first day, I didn't even try them day 2. There was plenty of other things to eat that I didn't need to eat the eggs to get plenty for breakfast. Even with multiple baseball teams there at the same time on day one. Day 2 was less crowed and still tons of food

The second shift front desk clerk is a sweetheart enjoyable to talk to. Um they tried to change the room what I booked but my wife stepped in ?

From checking into the room, the comfy bed and everything else was perfect! Totally recommended this place

Great location to restaurants and Fort Riley. Great breakfast options.

As I finished preparing for bed, another fly divebombed me. I never found that one. The room has 2 double beds and I chose the one closest to the front of the room. When I pulled the covers down I saw a large yellow moldy stain on the fitted sheet. I moved to the other bed. I travel with a weighted blanket, I slept on top of the flat sheet and used my travel pillow. My phone did not charge while plugged into the lamp, so I moved the chair away from an outlet on the wall. The floor under the chair was soaking wet. Musty smell culprit. No discount bc I booked thru Expedia.

The bathroom had a leak. Just wasn't well kept

When maintenance locked me out of my room, Amiyah worked an hour and a half to McGyver me back in. She was awesome and still covered the front desk. She deserves a raise and an award.

Close to food The hot tub is filled in.

Everything went smoothly!

Our stay was nice, we were just passing through. They had plenty of places to eat at walking distance. Our rooms window faced a grassy yard that had 3 rabbits running around. They did have a place for us to park a truck and trailer. The air conditioner was pretty loud, but that's it

Was ok Room stay could have been slightly cheaper for what we overall got

Great place that came in clutch after the storm wrecked our car. Same storm knocked out their internet and cable but cant blame them. Breakfast was amazing and staff were kind and friendly!
