It still had someone’s hair all in the floor. It appeared clean, till you started walking on it. Everything else was great!

Check in was great. Perfect. Check out was not good. All I wanted was a printed zero balance piece of paper when I checked out. The manager refused at first. There could have been incidentals, and they took a deposit on my AX card to check in. I had been on the road for ten days and no hotel refused to print out my receipt except for them. Two of the eight hotels were Holiday Inn's.

Room was super clean. Front desk lady was really patient with the older folks on front of us and quick to check us in. The elevator went down later in the evening but they called someone out immediately and fixed it. Great breakfast. Great stay!

Stayed one night. Clean building, nice room, friendly staff. The sofa bed was comfortable as well as the 2 queen beds. The water pressure was lacking in the shower. The bathroom sink faucet would never get hot or even warm. The door to the bathroom was barely functioning and in need of repair. The building interior seems outdated with a weird blend of new. The room was missing a TV (1 of 2) leaving an awkward TV wall mount and cabling hanging.
